Claims (14)
- 機械加工されていないアルミニウム合金製品を洗浄するための方法であって、前記アルミニウム合金製品は、酸で前洗浄され、続いてアルカリ性溶液で脱脂され、その後、酸ですすがれることを特徴とする方法。
- 前記アルミニウム合金製品は、酸による前洗浄の前にアルカリ性溶液で処理されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記アルミニウム合金製品を脱脂するために用いられる前記アルカリ性溶液は、50℃〜85℃の温度を有することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記アルミニウム合金製品は、圧延アルミニウム合金ストリップ、圧延アルミニウム薄板およびアルミニウム合金形材から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 用いられる前記アルミニウム合金製品は、アルミニウム協会の国際合金指定によるタイプAA 5xxx、AA 1xxx、AA 3xxx、AA 6xxxおよびAA 8xxxのアルミニウム合金から製造されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 洗浄される前記アルミニウム合金製品は、中間焼鈍または仕上げ焼鈍を受けていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記アルミニウム合金製品の酸による前洗浄は、0.5〜15秒間、特に1〜8秒間続くことを特徴とする、請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記アルミニウム合金製品のアルカリ脱脂は、1〜25秒、特に、1.5〜15秒続くことを特徴とする、請求項1〜7の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記アルミニウム合金製品の酸すすぎは、0.5〜15秒間、特に、1〜8秒間続くことを特徴とする、請求項1〜8の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記アルミニウム合金製品の表面は、前記酸すすぎ後に不動態化されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- アルミニウム協会の国際合金指定による、クラスAA 5xxx、AA 1xxx、AA 3xxx、AA 6xxxおよびAA 8xxxのアルミニウム合金で製作され、請求項1〜10の何れか一項に記載のプロセスによって得ることができるアルミニウム合金製品であって、前記アルミニウム合金製品は、表面において、灰色から灰色がかった茶色のむら部分または欠陥部位をまったく有しないアルミニウム合金製品。
- 前記アルミニウム合金製品は、洗浄を受ける前に焼鈍されていることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載のアルミニウム合金製品。
- 前記アルミニウム合金製品上のマグネシウムの分布がその幅にわたって均一であることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載のアルミニウム合金製品。
- 前記アルミニウム合金製品は、圧延アルミニウム合金ストリップ、圧延アルミニウム薄板およびアルミニウム合金形材から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載のアルミニウム合金製品。
