圧着駆動装置であって、前記圧着駆動装置が、圧着ストローク中に前記第1の顎部及び前記第2の顎部を互いに向かって移動させるように構成されており、前記回転運動に動作可能に応答する、圧着駆動装置と、
複数のクリップを備えるクリップマガジンと、
発射ストローク中に前記クリップマガジンから前記エンドエフェクタの前記レシーバへと前記クリップを前進させるように構成されている往復式発射駆動装置であって、前記往復式発射駆動装置が前記回転運動に動作可能に応答する、往復式発射駆動装置と、
前記電流計に接続されたモータコントローラであって、前記モータの前記電流引き込みが閾値に達した場合に、前記モータコントローラが前記発射ストロークの速度を調節するように構成されている、モータコントローラと、を備える、外科用装置。
(2) 前記発射ストロークの前記速度が調節されて前記モータの前記電流引き込みが前記閾値を更に超えた後に、前記モータコントローラが前記モータを停止させるように構成されている、実施態様1に記載の外科用装置。
(3) 前記発射ストロークの前記速度が調節されて前記モータの前記電流引き込みが前記閾値を更に超えた後に、前記モータコントローラが、前記モータの方向を逆転させて、短いストローク距離にわたって前記発射部材を後退させるように構成されている、実施態様1に記載の外科用装置。
(4) 前記圧着駆動装置が、後退ストローク中に、前記第1の顎部及び前記第2の顎部を互いから離れる方向に移動させるように更に構成されている、実施態様3に記載の外科用装置。
(5) 前記発射部材が前記短いストローク距離にわたって後退させられた後に、前記モータコントローラが、前記後退ストロークにわたって前記圧着駆動装置を移動させるように更に構成されている、実施態様4に記載の外科用装置。
(7) 前記クリップマガジンが使い果たされた場合に、前記クリップマガジンは別の複数のクリップを再装填されるように構成されている、実施態様1に記載の外科用装置。
(8) 組織をクリップ留めするための外科用装置であって、
回転運動を出力するように構成されているモータを備えるハウジングと、
前記モータに電力を供給するように構成されている電源と、
前記モータを制御するように構成されているモータコントローラと、
前記モータの電流引き込みを測定するように構成されている電流計と、
前記ハウジングから延在するシャフトと、
前記シャフトから延在するエンドエフェクタであって、
第1の顎部、及び
第2の顎部、を備え、前記第1の顎部及び前記第2の顎部が、互いに対して、完全な開放位置と、開放位置と、閉鎖位置との間で移動可能である、エンドエフェクタと、
前記完全な開放位置と、前記開放位置と、前記閉鎖位置との間で、前記第1の顎部及び前記第2の顎部を互いに対して移動させるように構成されている圧着駆動装置と、
複数のクリップを備えるクリップマガジンと、
発射ストローク中に前記クリップを前記クリップマガジンから前記エンドエフェクタ内へと前進させるように構成されている往復式発射駆動装置であって、前記回転運動に動作可能に応答する、往復式発射駆動装置と、を備え、前記クリップが前記エンドエフェクタ内で詰まっている場合に、前記電流計は、詰まった前記クリップを検出するように構成されており、前記圧着駆動装置は、前記第1の顎部及び前記第2の顎部を前記完全な開放位置へと移動させるように構成されている、外科用装置。
(9) 前記圧着駆動装置が、前記回転運動に動作可能に応答する、実施態様8に記載の外科用装置。
(10) 前記モータコントローラが、前記モータ及び前記電流計と信号通信する、実施態様9に記載の外科用装置。
(12) 前記第1の顎部及び前記第2の顎部が突出部を備え、前記電流計が前記詰まったクリップを検出した場合に、前記第1の顎部及び前記第2の顎部を前記完全な開放位置へと移動させるように、前記突出部は、前記圧着駆動装置により動作可能に係合されている、実施態様8に記載の外科用装置。
(13) 前記モータコントローラは、前記電流計が前記詰まったクリップを検出した場合に、前記往復式発射駆動装置を短いストローク距離だけ後退させるように構成されている、実施態様8に記載の外科用装置。
(14) 前記クリップマガジンが、前記外科用装置に取り外し可能に取り付けできる、実施態様8に記載の外科用装置。
(15) 前記クリップマガジンが使い果たされた場合に、前記クリップマガジンは別の複数のクリップを再装填されるように構成されている、実施態様8に記載の外科用装置。
モータを備えるハウジングと、
前記ハウジングから延在するシャフトと、
前記モータの電流引き込みを測定するように構成されている電流センサと、
前記シャフトから延在するエンドエフェクタであって、前記エンドエフェクタが、
第1の顎部、及び
第2の顎部、を備え、前記第1の顎部及び前記第2の顎部が、開放位置と閉鎖位置との間で互いに対して移動可能である、エンドエフェクタと、
複数のクリップを格納するように構成されているクリップカートリッジと、
発射ストローク中に前記クリップカートリッジから前記クリップを前進させるように構成されているフィーダ部材であって、後退ストローク中に後退するように更に構成されており、前記回転運動に動作可能に応答する、フィーダ部材と、
後退ストローク中に前記第1の顎部及び前記第2の顎部を前記開放位置に向かって移動させるように構成されている閉鎖管であって、前記回転運動に動作可能に応答する、閉鎖管と、
前記電流センサ及び前記モータと信号通信するモータコントローラであって、前記モータコントローラは、前記電流センサが閾値を超える電流引き込みを検出した場合に、前記後退ストロークにわたって前記フィーダ部材を移動させて、前記後退ストロークにわたって前記閉鎖管を移動させるように構成されている、モータコントローラと、を備える、外科用装置。
(17) 前記閾値が、前記エンドエフェクタ内で詰まっている前記クリップを示す、実施態様16に記載の外科用装置。
(18) 前記第1の顎部及び前記第2の顎部が突出部を備え、前記突出部が、前記閉鎖管の前記後退ストローク中に前記閉鎖管により動作可能に係合されている、実施態様16に記載の外科用装置。
(19) 前記クリップカートリッジが、前記外科用装置に取り外し可能に取り付けできる、実施態様16に記載の外科用装置。
(20) 前記クリップカートリッジが使い果たされた場合に、前記クリップカートリッジが別の複数のクリップを再装填されるように構成されている、実施態様16に記載の外科用装置。
Claims (20)
- 組織をクリップ留めするための外科用装置であって、
回転運動を出力するように構成されているモータを備えるハウジングと、
前記モータに電力を供給するように構成されている電源と、
前記モータの電流引き込みを測定するように構成されている電流計と、
前記ハウジングから延在するシャフトと、
前記シャフトから延在するエンドエフェクタであって、
前記シャフトに回転可能に連結された第1の顎部、
前記シャフトに回転可能に連結された第2の顎部、及び
レシーバ、を備える、エンドエフェクタと、
圧着駆動装置であって、前記圧着駆動装置が、圧着ストローク中に前記第1の顎部及び前記第2の顎部を互いに向かって移動させるように構成されており、前記回転運動に動作可能に応答する、圧着駆動装置と、
複数のクリップを備えるクリップマガジンと、
発射ストローク中に前記クリップマガジンから前記エンドエフェクタの前記レシーバへと前記クリップを前進させるように構成されている往復式発射駆動装置であって、前記往復式発射駆動装置が前記回転運動に動作可能に応答する、往復式発射駆動装置と、
前記電流計に接続されたモータコントローラであって、前記モータの前記電流引き込みが閾値に達した場合に、前記モータコントローラが前記発射ストロークの速度を調節するように構成されている、モータコントローラと、を備える、外科用装置。 - 前記発射ストロークの前記速度が調節されて前記モータの前記電流引き込みが前記閾値を更に超えた後に、前記モータコントローラが前記モータを停止させるように構成されている、請求項1に記載の外科用装置。
- 前記発射ストロークの前記速度が調節されて前記モータの前記電流引き込みが前記閾値を更に超えた後に、前記モータコントローラが、前記モータの方向を逆転させて、短いストローク距離にわたって前記発射部材を後退させるように構成されている、請求項1に記載の外科用装置。
- 前記圧着駆動装置が、後退ストローク中に、前記第1の顎部及び前記第2の顎部を互いから離れる方向に移動させるように更に構成されている、請求項3に記載の外科用装置。
- 前記発射部材が前記短いストローク距離にわたって後退させられた後に、前記モータコントローラが、前記後退ストロークにわたって前記圧着駆動装置を移動させるように更に構成されている、請求項4に記載の外科用装置。
- 前記クリップマガジンが、前記外科用装置に取り外し可能に取り付けできる、請求項1に記載の外科用装置。
- 前記クリップマガジンが使い果たされた場合に、前記クリップマガジンは別の複数のクリップを再装填されるように構成されている、請求項1に記載の外科用装置。
- 組織をクリップ留めするための外科用装置であって、
回転運動を出力するように構成されているモータを備えるハウジングと、
前記モータに電力を供給するように構成されている電源と、
前記モータを制御するように構成されているモータコントローラと、
前記モータの電流引き込みを測定するように構成されている電流計と、
前記ハウジングから延在するシャフトと、
前記シャフトから延在するエンドエフェクタであって、
第1の顎部、及び
第2の顎部、を備え、前記第1の顎部及び前記第2の顎部が、互いに対して、完全な開放位置と、開放位置と、閉鎖位置との間で移動可能である、エンドエフェクタと、
前記完全な開放位置と、前記開放位置と、前記閉鎖位置との間で、前記第1の顎部及び前記第2の顎部を互いに対して移動させるように構成されている圧着駆動装置と、
複数のクリップを備えるクリップマガジンと、
発射ストローク中に前記クリップを前記クリップマガジンから前記エンドエフェクタ内へと前進させるように構成されている往復式発射駆動装置であって、前記回転運動に動作可能に応答する、往復式発射駆動装置と、を備え、前記クリップが前記エンドエフェクタ内で詰まっている場合に、前記電流計は、詰まった前記クリップを検出するように構成されており、前記圧着駆動装置は、前記第1の顎部及び前記第2の顎部を前記完全な開放位置へと移動させるように構成されている、外科用装置。 - 前記圧着駆動装置が、前記回転運動に動作可能に応答する、請求項8に記載の外科用装置。
- 前記モータコントローラが、前記モータ及び前記電流計と信号通信する、請求項9に記載の外科用装置。
- 前記電流計が、前記モータの前記電流引き込みを測定するように構成されており、前記モータの前記電流引き込みが閾値を超えた場合に、前記電流計が前記詰まったクリップを検出する、請求項10に記載の外科用装置。
- 前記第1の顎部及び前記第2の顎部が突出部を備え、前記電流計が前記詰まったクリップを検出した場合に、前記第1の顎部及び前記第2の顎部を前記完全な開放位置へと移動させるように、前記突出部は、前記圧着駆動装置により動作可能に係合されている、請求項8に記載の外科用装置。
- 前記モータコントローラは、前記電流計が前記詰まったクリップを検出した場合に、前記往復式発射駆動装置を短いストローク距離だけ後退させるように構成されている、請求項8に記載の外科用装置。
- 前記クリップマガジンが、前記外科用装置に取り外し可能に取り付けできる、請求項8に記載の外科用装置。
- 前記クリップマガジンが使い果たされた場合に、前記クリップマガジンは別の複数のクリップを再装填されるように構成されている、請求項8に記載の外科用装置。
- 組織をクリップ留めするための外科用装置であって、

複数のクリップを格納するように構成されているクリップカートリッジと、
発射ストローク中に前記クリップカートリッジから前記クリップを前進させるように構成されているフィーダ部材であって、後退ストローク中に後退するように更に構成されており、前記回転運動に動作可能に応答する、フィーダ部材と、
後退ストローク中に前記第1の顎部及び前記第2の顎部を前記開放位置に向かって移動させるように構成されている閉鎖管であって、前記回転運動に動作可能に応答する、閉鎖管と、
前記電流センサ及び前記モータと信号通信するモータコントローラであって、前記モータコントローラは、前記電流センサが閾値を超える電流引き込みを検出した場合に、前記後退ストロークにわたって前記フィーダ部材を移動させて、前記後退ストロークにわたって前記閉鎖管を移動させるように構成されている、モータコントローラと、を備える、外科用装置。 - 前記閾値が、前記エンドエフェクタ内で詰まっている前記クリップを示す、請求項16に記載の外科用装置。
