Abstract
Description
本出願の特許請求の範囲は、2019年12月30日に出願された「エチレンビニルアルコールペレット及びそのフィルム」と題する米国特許出願第16/729,984号の優先権を主張するものであり、且つ本出願は当該出願の一部継続出願であり、その全内容は参照によりここに組み込まれる。
本発明は、エチレンビニルアルコール共重合体(ethylene−vinyl alcohol,EVOH)樹脂組成物及びそのペレットに関するものである。エチレンビニルアルコール共重合体樹脂組成物は粒子を有しており、特に含フッ素粒子を有している。EVOH樹脂組成物は、せん断速度20s−1、温度190℃下において、1.7〜7.0MPaの融解圧力を有し得る。本発明はさらに、エチレンビニルアルコール共重合体樹脂組成物及び/又はペレットにより形成された、フィルム及び多層構造体を開示する。
オートクレーブを回分反応器として使用し、実施例フッ素ポリマーAを調製した。オートクレーブの内容積は約20Lであり、電磁誘導撹拌装置が設置されている。オートクレーブに窒素ガス(N2)を十分に充填し、その後に減圧した窒素ガスを5回充填した。
同様のオートクレーブを使用して実施例フッ素ポリマーBを調製し、且つ実施例フッ素ポリマーAと同じ方法に従って設置を行った。オートクレーブは同様に減圧した窒素ガスの充填を5回繰り返した。
実施例フッ素ポリマーAの調製に用いたのと同様のオートクレーブ及び誘導撹拌装置を使用して、実施例フッ素ポリマーCを調製した。オートクレーブに窒素ガスを十分に充填し、且つ3Lの組成物を加えた。当該組成物には脱酸素純水及び乳化剤として30gのノナデカフルオロデカン酸アンモニウムが含有されている。オートクレーブ内の組成物を60℃まで加熱して、380rpmで攪拌した。
容積が約3Lのオートクレーブを回分反応器として使用し、実施例フッ素ポリマーDを調製した。オートクレーブは電磁誘導撹拌装置を備えている。936gの脱イオン水、0.36gのメチルセルロース、360gのVDF、0.3gのt−ブチルパーオキシピバレート(tert−butyl peroxypivalate)、0.36gのピロリン酸ナトリウム、0.36gの酸性ピロリン酸ナトリウム及び1.8gの炭酸ジエチルのバッチをオートクレーブにセットして加え、10℃で30分間撹拌した後、45℃で140分間加熱した。

Claims (14)
- エチレンビニルアルコール共重合体と、
1つ以上の含フッ素粒子と、を含み、
せん断速度20s−1及び温度190℃下において、1.7〜7.0MPaの融解圧力を有する、エチレンビニルアルコール共重合体樹脂組成物。 - 前記1つ以上の含フッ素粒子はフッ化ポリマーを含む、請求項1に記載のエチレンビニルアルコール共重合体樹脂組成物。
- さらに、第1融点温度及び第2融点温度の2つの融点温度を少なくとも含む、請求項1又は2に記載のエチレンビニルアルコール共重合体樹脂組成物。
- 前記第1融点温度は約100℃〜約140℃である、請求項3に記載のエチレンビニルアルコール共重合体樹脂組成物。
- 前記第2融点温度は約150℃〜約195℃である、請求項3又は4に記載のエチレンビニルアルコール共重合体樹脂組成物。
- せん断速度20s−1及び温度190℃下において、1.7〜6.8MPaの融解圧力を有する、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載のエチレンビニルアルコール共重合体樹脂組成物。
- せん断速度20s−1及び温度190℃下において、0.04〜2.4kNの溶解力(melting force)を有する、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載のエチレンビニルアルコール共重合体樹脂組成物。
- 各前記含フッ素粒子の粒径は直径又は主軸長さが20μm未満である、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載のエチレンビニルアルコール共重合体樹脂組成物。
- 前記含フッ素粒子は、約1.5〜約48wt%のフッ素含有量を含み、前記フッ素含有量は炭素、酸素及びフッ素元素の総重量に基づいている、請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載のエチレンビニルアルコール共重合体樹脂組成物。
- 各前記含フッ素粒子の粒径は直径又は主軸長さが0.5〜約19μmである、請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載のエチレンビニルアルコール共重合体樹脂組成物。
- 請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載のエチレンビニルアルコール共重合体樹脂組成物を含み、ISO 179−1に基づくシャルピー衝撃強度(Charpy impact strength)は、23℃下で少なくとも2.3KJ/m2であり、ISO 527−2に基づく破断点伸びは、23℃下で少なくとも17.8%である、フィルム。
- 前記フィルムの破断点伸びは少なくとも20%である、請求項11に記載のフィルム。
- (a)請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載のエチレンビニルアルコール共重合体樹脂組成物により形成された少なくとも1つの層と、
(b)少なくとも1つのポリマー層と、
(c)少なくとも1つの粘着剤層と、を含む、多層構造体。 - 前記ポリマー層は、低密度ポリエチレン層、ポリエチレングラフト無水マレイン酸層、ポリプロピレン層、ナイロン層及びそれらの組み合わせで組成されたグループから選択されている、請求項13に記載の多層構造体。
