Abstract
Description
ガラス原料として、SnO、SnF2、P2O5、ZnO、Al2O3、B2O3、In2O3、BaO、SiO2の各粉末を、後記、表1,2に記載の比率(モル%)となるように、秤量、混合し、容量50ccのアルミナるつぼに収容した。また、秤量の際、必要に応じて還元剤を添加した。そして、そのアルミナるつぼを、マッフル炉内に静置し、窒素を流した状態で、800〜1000℃で60分間以上、加熱して溶融させた。その後、その融液をアルミナボートに流し込んで回収し、冷却後のガラスバーから縦横4mm,長さ11mmのガラス棒を切り出すと共に、その残部から粒径38μm以下に粉砕したガラスフリットを製造した。
熱機械分析装置(リガク社製TMA8310)により、熱膨張係数を測定した。この測定は、上記ガラス棒を測定試料として用い、常温〜300℃まで15℃/分で昇温させ、平均熱膨張係数αを求めた。また、標準サンプルには石英ガラスを用いた。
示差熱分析装置(リガク社製TG−8120)により、リファレンス(標準サンプル)としてα−アルミナを用い、加熱速度15℃/分、温度範囲25℃(室温)〜300℃の測定条件でガラスフリットのガラス転移点〔Tg〕及び軟化点〔Tf〕を測定した。
色調は、溶融後アルミナボートに取り出したガラスバーを目視にて確認し、焼成温度は上記ガラスフリットの0.55gのガラス粉末を、径10mmの大きさに成形、20分間焼成し、ガラス光沢が生じた温度を焼成(作業)温度〔Tw〕とした。

- モル%として、15〜75%のSnO、0〜40%のSnF2、10〜50%のP2O5、0〜30%のZnO、0〜5%のAl2O3、0〜30%のB2O3、0〜5%のIn2O3、0〜5%のBaO、0〜5%のSiO2を含有してなる低融性スズリン酸塩系ガラスフリット。
- ガラス転移点からガラス軟化点までの温度差が50℃以下である請求項1に記載の低融性スズリン酸塩系ガラスフリット。
- Pbを含有していない請求項1又は2に記載の低融性スズリン酸塩系ガラスフリット。
