Abstract
Description
図1において、ハイブリッド車両(以下、単に車両という)1は、車体2を備えており、車体2は、ダッシュパネル3によって前側のエンジンルーム2Aと後側の車室2Bとに仕切られている。
カウンタギヤ14A、14B、14C、14Dは、ニードル軸受14a、14b、14c、14dを介してカウンタ軸14に支持されている遊転ギヤであり、カウンタ軸14と相対回転自在となっている。
(変速段が1速段の場合の動力伝達経路)
1速段においては、同期装置31が中立位置から1速段用のカウンタギヤ14A側に移動し、1速段用のカウンタギヤ14Aをカウンタ軸14に連結する。
3速段においては、同期装置33が中立位置から3速段用のアイドルギヤ12A側に移動し、3速段用のアイドルギヤ12Aをアイドル軸12に連結する。
5速段においては、同期装置32が中立位置から5速段用のカウンタギヤ14C側に移動し、5速段用のカウンタギヤ14Cをカウンタ軸14に連結する。
後進段においては、同期装置34が中立位置から後進ギヤ15A側に移動し、後進ギヤ15Aを後進軸15に連結する。
モータ35は、車両1のモータ走行時の動力を得る場合と、車両1の発進および加速時にエンジン20の動力をアシストする動力を得る場合と、変速中であって同期装置31、32、33、34がそれまでの変速段を達成する位置から新たな変速段を達成する位置に移動するまでの間にエンジン20の動力を補完するギャップフィリング用の動力を得る場合とに使用される。
本実施例の駆動装置4は、ギヤ対を介して動力が伝達される主入力軸11、アイドル軸12、副入力軸13、カウンタ軸14および後進軸15を収容するライトケース6と、ライトケース6のレフトケース7の外部に設置されたモータ35とを有する。
Claims (5)
- ギヤ対を介して動力が伝達される複数の回転軸を収容する変速機ケースと、前記変速機ケースの外部に設置された電動機とを有する車両用駆動装置であって、
前記電動機は、前記変速機ケースの前方の上側に設置されており、
前記複数の回転軸のうち、前記電動機に最も近い回転軸と前記電動機が動力伝達部材によって連結されていることを特徴とする車両用駆動装置。 - 車両の幅方向端部に位置する前記変速機ケースの側壁に取付けられ、前記動力伝達部材を収容する減速機ケースを有し、
前記電動機は、車両の幅方向で前記減速機ケースの前記変速機ケース側の取付面に取付けられており、
前記電動機の動力は、前記動力伝達部材を介して前記電動機に最も近い回転軸に伝達されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用駆動装置。 - 前記複数の回転軸は、前記電動機に前記動力伝達部材を介して連結される第1の回転軸と、内燃機関から動力が伝達される第2の回転軸と、第3の回転軸とを含んで構成されおり、
前記ギヤ対は、前記第1の回転軸に設けられた第1のギヤと、前記第3の回転軸に設けられ、前記第1のギヤに噛み合う第2のギヤとを有し、
前記第3の回転軸は、前記第1の回転軸の後側で、かつ、前記第2の回転軸の下方に設置されており、
前記第3の回転軸は、前記電動機の動力を駆動輪に伝達することを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の車両用駆動装置。 - 前記第3の回転軸に設けられた前記第2のギヤは、前記電動機の動力を伝達する動力伝達経路と前記内燃機関の動力を伝達する変速段の動力伝達経路の一部とを構成しており、前記第3の回転軸は、前記第1のギヤの回転を減速して前記駆動輪に伝達する減速軸を構成することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の車両用駆動装置。
- 前記第3の回転軸は、前記内燃機関または前記電動機から前記第3の回転軸に伝達される回転変動を吸収するダンパ機構を備えており、
前記電動機の駆動力は、前記ダンパ機構を介して前記駆動輪に伝達されることを特徴とする請求項3または請求項4に記載の車両用駆動装置。
