Abstract
Description
図1から図10は、本発明の一実施例に係る車両用駆動装置を示す図である。図1から図10において、上下前後左右方向は、車両に設置された状態の車両用駆動装置を基準とし、車両の前後方向を前後方向、車両の左右方向(車両の幅方向)を左右方向、車両の上下方向(車両の高さ方向)を上下方向とする。
図1において、ハイブリッド車両(以下、単に車両という)1は、車体2を備えており、車体2は、ダッシュパネル3によって前側のエンジンルーム2Aと後側の車室2Bとに仕切られている。
カウンタギヤ14A、14B、14C、14Dは、ニードル軸受14a、14b、14c、14dを介してカウンタ軸14に支持されている遊転ギヤであり、カウンタ軸14と相対回転自在となっている。
(変速段が1速段の場合の動力伝達経路)
1速段においては、同期装置31が中立位置から1速段用のカウンタギヤ14A側に移動し、1速段用のカウンタギヤ14Aをカウンタ軸14に連結する。
3速段においては、同期装置33が中立位置から3速段用のアイドルギヤ12A側に移動し、3速段用のアイドルギヤ12Aをアイドル軸12に連結する。
5速段においては、同期装置32が中立位置から5速段用のカウンタギヤ14C側に移動し、5速段用のカウンタギヤ14Cをカウンタ軸14に連結する。
後進段においては、同期装置34が中立位置から後進ギヤ15A側に移動し、後進ギヤ15Aを後進軸15に連結する。
モータ35は、車両1のモータ走行時の動力を得る場合と、車両1の発進および加速時にエンジン20の動力をアシストする動力を得る場合と、変速中に同期装置31、32、33、34がそれまでの変速段を達成する位置から新たな変速段を達成する位置に移動するまでの間にエンジン20の動力を補完するギャップフィリング用の動力を得る場合とに使用される。
本実施例の駆動装置4は、エンジン20の動力を変速する変速機構60を収容する変速機ケース5と、変速機ケース5に取付けられたモータ35とを備えている。
そして、ボルト10Bによる締付け間隔N1(ボス部7u、7vの設置間隔)が短く第1の左壁部7Cの前側部分にボス部7u、7vを配置できるので、第1の左壁部7Cに取付けられるパーキングカバー42等との干渉を抑制することができる。
Claims (6)
- 車両の幅方向に延びるようにして平行に設置された複数の回転軸と、前記回転軸に設けられたギヤとを有し、内燃機関の動力を変速する変速機構と、
前記変速機構を収容する変速機ケースと、
前記変速機ケースに取付けられたモータとを備えた車両用駆動装置であって、
前記変速機ケースは、前記変速機構の上側に位置する上壁と、前記変速機構の前側に位置する前壁と、前記上壁と前記前壁を連結し、前記上壁から前側に向かうに従って下方に傾斜する傾斜壁とを備えており、
前記モータは、前記傾斜壁に対向するようにして前記変速機ケースに取付けられていることを特徴とする車両用駆動装置。 - 前記変速機ケースに取付けられ、前記モータの動力を前記変速機構に伝達する減速機を備え、
前記減速機は、前記モータから前記変速機構に動力を伝達する減速機構と、前記減速機構を収容する減速機ケースとを有し、
前記減速機ケースは、前記変速機ケースの一側面と前記モータの一側面に結合されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用駆動装置。 - 前記モータは、前記減速機ケースが結合される前記モータの前記一側面と反対側の他側面がブラケットを介して前記変速機ケースに固定されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の車両用駆動装置。
- 前記ブラケットは、複数のブラケットから構成されており、
前記複数のブラケットは、前記モータの回転方向に対して角度の異なる位置に設けられおり、
前記変速機ケースに取付けられる前記複数のブラケットのそれぞれの取付面は、前記モータの回転方向に対向していることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の車両用駆動装置。 - 前記減速機ケースと前記変速機ケースは、複数のボルトによって結合されており、
前記変速機ケースを前記回転軸の軸方向から見た場合に、前記減速機ケースの長手方向のボルトによる締付け間隔よりも、長手方向と垂直な短手方向のボルトによる締付け間隔が長いことを特徴とする請求項2から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の車両用駆動装置。 - 前記減速機ケースは、前記変速機ケースの前記一側面と前記モータの前記一側面に結合される第1の減速機ケースと、前記第1の減速機ケースに結合される第2の減速機ケースとを有し、
前記変速機ケースを前記回転軸の軸方向から見た場合に、前記第1の減速機ケースと前記第2の減速機ケースの結合箇所の間に、前記第1の減速機ケースと前記モータを結合する結合部が設置されていることを特徴とする請求項2から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の車両用駆動装置。
