Description
しかしながら、このような従来のハイブリッド車両の駆動装置にあっては、スプロケットが変速機ケースに片持ち状態に支持された軸の端部に取付けられているので、片持ち状態で支持されたスプロケットにチェーンを介してモータの強力な動力が作用することになる。このため、スプロケットが取付けられた軸が変形するおそれがあり、改善の余地がある。
図1から図7は、本発明の一実施例に係る車両用駆動装置を示す図である。図1から図7において、上下前後左右方向は、車両に設置された状態の車両用駆動装置を基準とし、車両の前後方向を前後方向、車両の左右方向(車両の幅方向)を左右方向、車両の上下方向(車両の高さ方向)を上下方向とする。
図1において、ハイブリッド車両(以下、単に車両という)1は、車体2を備えており、車体2は、ダッシュパネル3によって前側のエンジンルーム2Aと後側の車室2Bとに仕切られている。
以上説明した通り図4に示すように、レフトケース7の左側壁7Kは、フランジ部7Aに対してライトケース6から離れる方向に位置する第1の左壁部7Cと、その後側に設置されフランジ部7Aに対してライトケース6から離れる方向に位置し、かつ、第1の左壁部7Cのよりもライトケース6側に位置する第2の左壁部7Dとを有している。
カウンタギヤ14A、14B、14C、14Dは、ニードル軸受14a、14b、14c、14dを介してカウンタ軸14に支持されている遊転ギヤであり、カウンタ軸14と相対回転自在となっている。
(変速段が1速段の場合の動力伝達経路)
1速段においては、同期装置31が中立位置から1速段用のカウンタギヤ14A側に移動し、1速段用のカウンタギヤ14Aをカウンタ軸14に連結する。
3速段においては、同期装置33が中立位置から3速段用のアイドルギヤ12A側に移動し、3速段用のアイドルギヤ12Aをアイドル軸12に連結する。
5速段においては、同期装置32が中立位置から5速段用のカウンタギヤ14C側に移動し、5速段用のカウンタギヤ14Cをカウンタ軸14に連結する。
後進段においては、同期装置34が中立位置から後進ギヤ15A側に移動し、後進ギヤ15Aを後進軸15に連結する。
モータ35は、車両1のモータ走行時の動力を得る場合と、車両1の発進および加速時にエンジン20の動力をアシストする動力を得る場合と、変速中に同期装置31、32、33、34がそれまでの変速段を達成する位置から新たな変速段を達成する位置に移動するまでの間にエンジン20の動力を補完するギャップフィリング用の動力を得る場合とに使用される。
図5に示すように、駆動装置4を車幅方向の左側から見て、車両1の前進時では、主入力軸11、副入力軸13およびデフケース17B(ファイナルドリブンギヤ17A)は反時計回りR1に回転し、アイドル軸12およびカウンタ軸14は時計回りR2に回転する。
Claims (2)
- 変速機ケースに収容され、それぞれギヤ対を介して接続される第1の回転軸、第2の回転軸、第3の回転軸、第4の回転軸および第5の回転軸と、
前記変速機ケースの外部に設けられた電動機とを備え、
前記第1の回転軸が軸受を介して前記変速機ケースに回転自在に支持されており、
前記第1の回転軸の端部は、前記軸受よりも外方に突出しており、
前記第1の回転軸の軸方向の端部に無端可撓部材が巻き掛けられたスプロケットが取付けられており、
前記電動機の動力が前記無端可撓部材を介して前記第1の回転軸に伝達された後、前記第1の回転軸から前記第2の回転軸および前記第3の回転軸を介して前記第4の回転軸に伝達される車両用駆動装置であって、
前記第1の回転軸と前記第2の回転軸が前記ギヤ対を介して接続されており、
前記第2の回転軸は、前記第1の回転軸に対して前記無端可撓部材の張力が作用する方向に設置されており、
前記第1の回転軸と前記第5の回転軸が前記ギヤ対を介して接続されており、
軸方向から見て、前記第1の回転軸、前記第2の回転軸および前記第5の回転軸は、前記第1の回転軸の軸心と前記第2の回転軸の軸心を結んだ線分に対して、前記第1の回転軸の軸心と前記第5の回転軸の軸心を結んだ線分が略直角となるように設置されており、
前記電動機の出力軸の軸心と前記第1の回転軸の軸心を結んだ線分に対して、前記電動機の車両前進駆動時に張力が作用する前記無端可撓部材の張り側と反対側となる前記無端可撓部材の緩み側に前記第5の回転軸が設置されていることを特徴とする車両用駆動装置。 - 前記電動機の出力軸の軸心と前記第1の回転軸の軸心を結んだ線分に対して、前記第5の回転軸と反対となる側に前記第2の回転軸が設置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用駆動装置。
