Description
−自動車が停止時に、ギヤボックスをニュートラル位置にし、クランクシャフトとギヤボックスの入力軸とを連結するためにクラッチを閉じることによって、燃焼エンジンが始動され、
−自動車が電気動作モードで走行中に、クランクシャフトとギヤボックスの入力軸とを連結するためにクラッチを閉じることによって、燃焼エンジンが始動され、
−動力装置は、主たる燃焼動作モードを有し、このとき電気機械は、交流発電機、燃焼エンジンの低速時に追加トルクを供給するモータ、及び減速時の電気ブレーキの機能を実行し、
−動力装置は、電気動作モードを有し、このときクランクシャフトとギヤボックスの入力軸とを連結するためにクラッチは開かれ、このとき電気機械は、ギヤボックスの第1ギヤ比と第2ギヤ比において自動車を前進方向に推進し、第2ギヤ比において回転方向を逆転させることによって後進方向に推進することが可能であり、
−ギヤボックスがロボット化される、
ことを提案する。

−燃焼エンジンが回転中または停止中の電気動作モードにおいて、側方の第2電気アクチュエータ212によって起動された連結装置138によって連結された、第2固定歯車133と自由回転ピニオン141による第1ギヤ比、または、第4自由回転ピニオン137と第4固定歯車145による第2ギヤ比を用いることによって、上方の第1電気機械アクチュエータ210は、燃焼エンジン20を切り離すために、クラッチ113を開放のままに保つので、前進動作に、(このように、電気機械は、ギヤボックスの第1ギヤ比と第2ギヤ比において、前進方向に自動車を推進することができ、また、ギヤボックスの第2ギヤ比において、回転方向を逆転させることによって、後進方向に自動車を推進することができる。)及び、

Claims (11)
- クラッチ(113)を介してギヤボックス(100)に連結される燃焼エンジン(20)と、上記ギヤボックス(100)の第1軸(130)へ永続的に接続された電気機械(200)とを含み、燃焼動作モードまたは電気動作モードで動作する自動車用のハイブリッド動力装置(10)において、上記第1軸(130)は、上記燃焼動作モードにおいて、上記電気機械(200)を駆動することを可能にし、あるいは、上記電気動作モードにおいて、電気モータの回転方向に応じて、上記自動車の前進または後進を可能にする、第1固定歯車(132)と、第1ギヤ比の第2固定歯車(133)と、第1ギヤ比よりも高いギヤ比の少なくとも4つの自由回転ピニオン(134、135、136、137)とを支持することを特徴とする、自動車用のハイブリッド動力装置。
- 上記電気機械(200)は、上記燃焼エンジンに対して横方向にずらして設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の自動車用のハイブリッド動力装置。
- 上記電気機械(200)は、上記ギヤボックス(100)の上記第1軸(130)へ、チェーン(203)によって接続されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の自動車用のハイブリッド動力装置。
- 第2軸(140)が、第1ギヤ比の自由回転ピニオン(141)と、第1ギヤ比よりも高いギヤ比の少なくとも4つの固定歯車(142〜145)とを支持することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の自動車用のハイブリッド動力装置。
- 上記第1ギヤ比の自由回転ピニオン(141)が、自由輪に装着されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載の自動車用のハイブリッド動力装置。
- 上記第1ギヤ比よりも高いギヤ比の上記自由回転ピニオン(134〜137)が、円錐連結装置(138)によって上記第1軸(130)へ連結されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1つに記載の自動車用のハイブリッド動力装置。
- 上記自動車の上記後進が、上記電気機械(200)の回転方向を逆転させ、第4自由回転ピニオン(137)と第4固定歯車(145)による第2ギヤ比を用いることによって実行されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1つに記載の自動車用のハイブリッド動力装置の操作方法。
- クラッチ(113)を介してギヤボックス(100)に連結される燃焼エンジン(20)と、電気機械(200)とを含むハイブリッド動力装置(10)の操作方法において、自動車が停止時に、上記ギヤボックスをニュートラル位置にし、上記クラッチ(113)を閉じることによって、上記燃焼エンジン(20)が始動されることを特徴とする、ハイブリッド動力装置の操作方法。
- 上記自動車が電気動作モードで走行中に、上記燃焼エンジンが上記クラッチ(113)を閉じることによって始動されることを特徴とする、請求項7または8に記載の自動車用のハイブリッド動力装置の操作方法。
- 上記動力装置は、主たる上記燃焼動作モードを有し、このとき上記電気機械(200)は、交流発電機、上記燃焼エンジンの低速時に追加トルクを供給するモータ、及び減速時の電気ブレーキの機能を実行することを特徴とする、請求項7または8に記載の自動車用のハイブリッド動力装置の操作方法。
- 上記動力装置は、上記クラッチ(113)が開かれた、上記電気動作モードを有することを特徴とする、請求項7〜9のいずれか1つに記載の自動車用のハイブリッド動力装置の操作方法。
