Description
本発明の上記実施の形態のハイブリッドコンプレッサにより以下の効果が期待できる。
・車両においてアイドルストップ後のエンジン始動のため新たに始動用モータを設ける必要が無い。
・ベルトからエンジンを駆動できるので静粛性で有利である。
・ベルトからコンプレッサを駆動するとき、エンジン回転数が変動してもコンプレッサ回転数を任意に制御できる。
・走行時でもモータでコンプレッサを駆動できる(言い換えれば、モータ回転数制御でコンプレッサの能力可変ができる)。
つまり、熱負荷が低い時はコンプレッサを低回転数で駆動する必要がある。図4(A)に示すようにモータが高速で回転できれば電磁クラッチONでもコンプレッサの回転数制御ができるが、高速走行などエンジン回転数が高い場合はモータ回転数を高回転で発電しなければならない。しかしモータを高回転まで対応するよう設計すると体格が大きくなる。そこで図4(B)に示すように電磁クラッチをOFFしてモータでコンプレッサを駆動する方がモータが小型化できる。

Claims (3)
- 車両においてエンジンで駆動される補機装置(1)であって、
ハウジング(6)と、
前記ハウジング(6)内に収容されていて流体を圧縮する、圧縮部(2)であって、駆動装置の回転動力が伝達される駆動軸(4)と、前記駆動軸(4)を回転可能に支承する圧縮部軸受けと、を具備する、圧縮部(2)と、
前記ハウジング(6)内に収容されていて回転動力を発生する、電動モータ(20)であって、前記ハウジング内壁に固定された固定子と、前記固定子の内側に配置されて回転可能なモータロータ(21)と、を具備する、電動モータ(20)と、
前記ハウジング外部の前記エンジンからの回転動力を、前記補記装置(1)に伝達する、入力軸(8)と、
前記エンジンから前記入力軸(8)への回転動力の伝達を断続する、クラッチ(50)と、
前記ハウジング(6)内に設けられて前記入力軸(8)を回転可能に支承する、入力軸受けと、
前記モータロータ(21)の内側に配置されていて且つ一方で前記入力軸(8)に連結され他方で前記圧縮部(2)に連結する、遊星歯車(10)であって、前記入力軸(8)に接続するプラネタリキャリア(13)と、前記モータロータ(21)に接続するサンギア(11)と、前記駆動軸(4)に接続するリングギア(15)とを具備する、遊星歯車(10)と、
前記入力軸受けに隣接して配置されていて且つ前記入力軸(8)の回転方向を一方向に規制する、第1のワンウェイクラッチ(40)と、
前記圧縮部軸受けに隣接して配置されていて且つ前記駆動軸(4)の回転方向を一方向に規制する、第2のワンウェイクラッチ(30)と、
前記ハウジング(6)内に突設された突起部に設けられていて且つ前記モータロータ(21)と前記サンギア(11)を回転可能に支承する、サンギア軸受け(9)と、
を具備する、補機装置(1)において、
前記エンジンから前記入力軸(8)への回転動力の伝達を断続する前記クラッチ(50)を接続状態にし、前記第2のワンウェイクラッチ(30)で前記駆動軸(4)を回転しないように固定した状態において、前記電動モータ(20)の駆動力によって前記エンジンを始動させる、エンジン始動モードを有する、ことを特徴とする補機装置。 - 前記エンジンから前記入力軸(8)への回転動力の伝達を断続する前記クラッチ(50)を接続状態にし、前記電動モータ(20)を発電作動または電動作動させることで、前記圧縮部(2)の回転数を調整するベルト駆動モードを有する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の補機装置。
- 前記エンジンから前記入力軸(8)への回転動力の伝達を断続する前記クラッチ(50)を切断状態にし、前記第1のワンウェイクラッチ(40)で前記入力軸(8)を回転しないように固定した状態において、前記電動モータ(20)を電動作動させて、前記圧縮部(2)を駆動する、モータ駆動モードを有する、ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の補機装置。
