Abstract
【解決手段】 車両においてエンジンで駆動される補機装置は、回転運動により作動する作動部であって、駆動軸を有する作動部と、一方でエンジンに連絡していて且つ他方で作動部に連絡する入力軸と、エンジンと入力軸との間を断続するクラッチと、電動モータと、入力軸と駆動軸との間に配置される遊星歯車機構と、入力軸の回転方向を一方向に規制する第1の回転方向規制手段と、駆動軸の回転方向を規制する第2の回転方向規制手段とを具備することを特徴とする。

Description
本形態によれば、第1の回転方向規制手段と第2の回転方向規制手段を具体化して、本発明のより具体的な形態を開示する。
本形態によれば、遊星歯車機構の構成をより具体化して、本発明のより具体的な形態を開示する。
本形態によれば、本発明の補機装置をより具体化する。
本形態によれば、電動モータはエンジン及び作動部を共に駆動可能であることを明確にする。
本形態によれば、第1の回転方向規制手段と第2の回転方向規制手段の配置位置をより具体化して、本発明のより具体的な形態を開示する。
本発明の上記実施の形態のハイブリッドコンプレッサにより以下の効果が期待できる。
・車両においてアイドルストップ後のエンジン始動のため新たに始動用モータを設ける必要が無い。
・ベルトからエンジンを駆動できるので静粛性で有利である。
・ベルトからコンプレッサを駆動するとき、エンジン回転数が変動してもコンプレッサ回転数を任意に制御できる。
・走行時でもモータでコンプレッサを駆動できる(言い換えれば、モータ回転数制御でコンプレッサの能力可変ができる)。
つまり、熱負荷が低い時はコンプレッサを低回転数で駆動する必要がある。図4(A)に示すようにモータが高速で回転できれば電磁クラッチONでもコンプレッサの回転数制御ができるが、高速走行などエンジン回転数が高い場合はモータ回転数を高回転で発電しなければならない。しかしモータを高回転まで対応するよう設計すると体格が大きくなる。そこで図4(B)に示すように電磁クラッチをOFFしてモータでコンプレッサを駆動する方がモータが小型化できる。

Claims (6)
- 車両においてエンジンで駆動される補機装置において、この補機装置は、
ハウジングと、
回転運動により作動する作動部であって、駆動軸を有する作動部と、
一方で前記エンジンに連絡していて且つ他方で前記作動部に連絡する入力軸と、
前記エンジンと前記入力軸との間を断続するクラッチと、
電動モータと、
遊星歯車機構と、
前記入力軸の回転方向を一方向に規制する第1の回転方向規制手段と、
前記駆動軸の回転方向を規制する第2の回転方向規制手段と、
を具備することを特徴とする、車両においてエンジンで駆動される補機装置。 - 前記第1の回転方向規制手段と前記第2の回転方向規制手段は共に、ワンウェイクラッチであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の補機装置。
- 前記遊星歯車機構は、前記入力軸と前記作動部との間に配設されており、前記遊星歯車機構のサンギアは前記電動モータと、そのリングギアは前記作動部と、更にそのプラネタリギアは前記入力軸と、それぞれ連結することを特徴とする請求項1又は2のいずれかに記載の補機装置。
- 前記補機装置は、車両用エアコンのための圧縮機であることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の補機装置。
- 前記電動モータは、前記入力軸を介して前記エンジンを回転駆動することができること、及び
前記電動モータは、前記駆動軸を介して前記作動部を駆動することができることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の補機装置。 - 前記第1の回転方向規制手段は、前記入力軸と前記ハウジングとの間に配設されており、前記第2の回転方向規制手段は、前記駆動軸と前記ハウジングとの間に配設されることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の補機装置。
