Description

前記第1の遊星歯車機構は、第1のサンギア、第1の遊星歯車、第1のリングギア、及び第1のキャリアを含む。前記第1のサンギアは、第1の入力シャフトに合わせて回転するように、前記第1の入力シャフトに設けられ、前記第2の遊星歯車機構は、第2のサンギア、第2の遊星歯車、第2のリングギア、及び第2のキャリアを含み、前記第2のサンギアと前記第1の入力シャフトは、互いに対して独立している。ここで、前記第2のリングギアは、第1のキャリアと固定的に接続される。前記第1のリングギアは、前記第2のキャリアと固定的に接続され、前記第2のリングギアは、前記パワーシステムが出力したパワーを伝達するために使用され、
前記第1のブレーキは、前記第2のキャリアと前記パワーシステムのハウジングとの間に設けられ、前記第2のブレーキは、前記第2のサンギアと前記パワーシステムのハウジングとの間に設けられ、前記第2のクラッチは、前記第2のサンギアと前記第1の入力シャフトとの間に設けられ、
前記第2のリングギアは、前記パワーシステムの出力ギアによって前記中間シャフトと伝動的に接続され、前記中間シャフトを介して前記差動装置にパワーを伝達する。
ここで、前記第3のサンギア、前記第3のリングギアまたは前記第3のキャリアという3つの部品の何れかがパワーシステムのハウジングに対して固定される。第2のモーターの第2の回転子は、3つの部品の中の1つの固定されていない部品と伝動的に接続されて、それにパワーを供給する。他の1つの固定されていない部品は、前記第1の入力シャフトと伝動的に接続されて、前記第1の入力シャフトを駆動し、

好ましくは、前記第3のサンギアは、伝達チェーンを介して前記第2のモーターの出力シャフトと伝動的に接続され、前記第3のリングギアは、後側ケースに取り付けられ、且つ前記後側ケースに対して固定され、前記第2のモーターは、前記第3のキャリアを介して前記第1の入力シャフトにパワーを伝達する。
前記第1の作動シリンダー、前記第2の作動シリンダー、前記第3の作動シリンダー及び前記第4の作動シリンダーは、何れも前記前側ケース内に配置され、前記前側ケースの内部には、前記第1の作動シリンダー、前記第2の作動シリンダー及び前記第3の作動シリンダーと連通する油道がさらに設けられている。
前記2の入力シャフトの一端は、前記第2のサンギアに接続され、他端は前記第2のクラッチに接続され、前記第2の入力シャフトは、前記第2のブレーキにも接続される。
Claims (10)
- エンジン、第1のモーター、第2のモーター、第1の遊星歯車機構、第2の遊星歯車機構、第1の入力シャフト、第1のクラッチ、第2のクラッチ、第1のブレーキ、第2のブレーキ、中間シャフト、差動装置、ハウジング及び出力ギアを含むハイブリッド車輌用パワーシステムであって、
前記エンジンと前記第1のモーターは、伝動的に連接され、前記第1のクラッチは、前記第1のモーターと前記第1の入力シャフトとの間に設けられ、前記第1のクラッチにより、前記第1のモーターと前記第1の入力シャフトとの間のパワー伝達が遮断または結ばれることが可能であり、前記第2のモーターは、前記第1の入力シャフトに設けられて、前記第1の入力シャフトを回転させるように駆動し、前記第1のブレーキは、前記第2の遊星歯車機構と前記ハウジングとの間に設けられており、
前記第1の遊星歯車機構は、第1のサンギア、第1の遊星歯車、第1のリングギア及び第1のキャリアを含み、前記第1のサンギアは、前記第1の入力シャフトに合わせて回転するように、前記第1の入力シャフトに設けられ、
前記第2の遊星歯車機構は、第2のサンギア、第2の遊星歯車、第2のリングギア及び第2のキャリアを含み、前記第2のサンギアと前記第1の入力シャフトは、互いに対して独立しており、
前記第2のリングギアは、第1のキャリアと固定的に接続され、前記第1のリングギアは、前記第2のキャリアと固定的に接続され、前記第2のリングギアは、前記エンジン、前記第1のモーター、前記第2のモーターが出力したパワーを前記出力ギアに伝達するために使用され、
前記第1のブレーキは、前記第2のキャリアと前記ハウジングとの間に設けられ、前記第2のブレーキは、前記第2のサンギアと前記ハウジングとの間に設けられ、前記第2のクラッチは、前記第2のサンギアと前記第1の入力シャフトとの間に設けられ、
前記第2のリングギアは、前記出力ギアによって前記中間シャフトと伝動的に接続されて、前記中間シャフトを介して前記差動装置にパワーを伝達することを特徴とするハイブリッド車輌用パワーシステム。 - 前記第2のモーターは、第3の遊星歯車機構を介して前記第1の入力シャフトに接続され、前記第3の遊星歯車機構は、第3のサンギア、少なくとも1組の遊星歯車、第3のリングギア、及び第3のキャリアを含み、
前記第3のサンギア、前記第3のリングギアまたは前記第3のキャリアという3つの部品の何れかが前記ハウジングに対して固定され、前記第2のモーターの第2の回転子は、前記3つの部品の中の1つの固定されていない部品と伝動的に接続されて、それにパワーを供給し、他の1つの固定されていない部品は、前記第1の入力シャフトと伝動的に接続されて、前記第1の入力シャフトを駆動し、
前記第3のサンギアは、後側ケースに固定され、前記第3のリングギアは、前記第2のモーターの第2の回転子に固定され、且つ前記第2の回転子と共に回転し、前記第2のモーターは、前記第3のキャリアを介して前記第1の入力シャフトにパワーを伝達し、
または、前記第3のサンギアは、前記第2のモーターの第2の回転子に固定され、且つ前記第2の回転子と共に回転し、前記第3のキャリアは、後側ケースに取り付けられ且つ前記後側ケースに対して固定され、前記第2のモーターは、前記第3のリングギアを介して前記第1の入力シャフトにパワーを伝達し、
または、前記第3のサンギアは、伝達チェーンを介して前記第2のモーターの出力シャフトと伝動的に接続され、前記第3のリングギアは、後側ケースに取り付けられ且つ前記後側ケースに対して固定され、前記第2のモーターは、前記第3のキャリアを介して前記第1の入力シャフトにパワーを伝達することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車輌用パワーシステム。 - 前記第2のモーターの第2の回転子は、第2の回転子連結板を介して、前記第3の遊星歯車機構の中の1つの固定されていない部品と連動して接続されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のハイブリッド車輌用パワーシステム。
- 前側ケースにおける前記第1の遊星歯車機構の一端に近い中間支持プレートをさらに含み、前記中間支持プレートと前記前側ケースとの間には、前記第1のブレーキ、前記第1のブレーキに対応する第3の作動シリンダー、前記第2のブレーキ、及び前記第2のブレーキに対応する第4の作動シリンダーを装着するためのキャビティが形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車輌用パワーシステム。
- 前記第1のクラッチに対応する第1の作動シリンダー及び前記第2のクラッチに対応する第2の作動シリンダーをさらに含み、
前記第1の作動シリンダー、前記第2の作動シリンダー、前記第3の作動シリンダー及び前記第4の作動シリンダーは、何れも前記前側ケース内に配置され、前記前側ケースの内部には、前記第1の作動シリンダー、前記第2の作動シリンダー及び前記第3の作動シリンダーと連通する油道がさらに設けられていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のハイブリッド車輌用パワーシステム。 - 前記出力ギアは、出力ギア支持軸受けを介して前記中間支持プレートに支持され、前記中間支持プレートは、スライド軸受けを介して前記第2のキャリアに支持されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のハイブリッド車輌用パワーシステム。
- 前記第1の入力シャフトの外側を取り囲むように設けられた第2の入力シャフトをさらに含み、前記第1の入力シャフトと前記第2の入力シャフトは、互いに対して独立しており、
前記第2の入力シャフトの一端は、前記第2のサンギアに接続され、他端は前記第2のクラッチに接続され、前記第2の入力シャフトは、前記第2のブレーキにも接続されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車輌用パワーシステム。 - 前記出力ギアと噛み合う受動ギアと、ブレーキ用の駐車ラチェットとをさらに含み、
前記受動ギアは、前記駐車ラチェットと一体に統合されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車輌用パワーシステム。 - 前記差動装置は、第4の遊星歯車機構を介して前記中間シャフトのメイン減速ギアと伝動的に接続され、
前記第4の遊星歯車機構は、第4のサンギア、少なくとも1組の遊星歯車、第4のリングギア及び第4のキャリアを含み、
前記第4のサンギア、前記第4のリングギアまたは前記第4のキャリアという3つの部品の何れかは、前記ハウジングに対して固定され、前記メイン減速ギアは、前記3つの部品のうちの1つの固定されていない部品と伝動的に接続されて、それにパワーを提供し、他の1つの固定されていない部品は、前記差動装置の入力端子と伝動的に接続されて、前記差動装置を駆動することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車輌用パワーシステム。 - 前記第1の作動シリンダーは、第1のリリース軸受けを介して前記第1のクラッチを制御し、前記第2の作動シリンダーは、第2のリリース軸受けを介して前記第2のクラッチを制御することを特徴とする請求項5に記載のハイブリッド車輌用パワーシステム。
