本发明涉及车辆技术领域,具体涉及一种混合动力系统、混合动力变速器以及汽车。
背景技术
随着世界各国环境保护的措施越来越严格,混合动力汽车以其实用性高、绿色环保等优点逐渐成为车辆发展的主流。混合动力就是指汽车使用汽油驱动和电力驱动两种驱动方式,其关键是混合动力系统,混合动力系统的性能直接关系到混合动力汽车整车性能。
现有的混合动力系统的驱动模式单一,适应性较差。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的是提出一种混合动力系统、混合动力变速器以及汽车,旨在解决现有混合动力系统的驱动模式单一,适应性较差的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出的一种混合动力系统,所述混合动力系统包括发动机、第一电机、第二电机、具有前太阳轮、前行星轮以及前齿圈的前行星齿轮机构、具有后太阳轮、后行星轮以及后齿圈的后行星齿轮机构、用于对所述前行星轮和/或前太阳轮进行制动的制动组件以及用于输出动力的输出总成;
其中,所述发动机与所述第一电机连接,且与所述第二电机可离合连接,所述第一电机与所述后齿圈可离合连接,所述第二电机与所述后太阳轮连接,所述前行星轮与所述后齿圈传动连接,所述后行星轮和所述前齿圈均与所述输出总成连接。
可选地,还包括第一离合器,所述第一离合器设于所述第二电机与所述发动机之间,以切断或结合所述发动机和所述第二电机之间的动力传递。
可选地,还包括第二离合器,所述第二离合器设于所述第一电机与所述后齿圈之间,以切断或结合所述第一电机和所述后齿圈之间的动力传递。

本发明的技术方案中,发动机与第一电机连接,且与第二电机可离合连接,第一电机与后齿圈可离合连接,第二电机与后太阳轮连接,前行星轮与后齿圈传动连接,前行星轮和前太阳轮均可以实现制动或者自由旋转,通过控制发动机与第二电机结合或脱开,第一电机和后齿圈结合或脱开,以及前行星轮和/或前太阳轮是否制动,能够实现串并联、功率分流等模式,形成不同的动力路径和有速比,能够实现无极调速和四档变速,适应不同的行驶状况,结构紧凑、适应性强且容易控制,而且相较同类产品,能够兼顾生产成本和产品动力性;此外,本发明通过设置发动机与第二电机可离合连接,第一电机与后齿圈可离合连接,能够减少电机高速时的拖曳损失。

本发明提出一种混合动力系统100,所述混合动力系统100包括发动机1、第一电机2、第二电机3、前行星齿轮机构、后行星齿轮机构、制动组件以及输出总成10。所述前行星齿轮机构具有前太阳轮41、前行星轮42以及前齿圈43,所述后行星齿轮机构具有后太阳轮51、后行星轮52以及后齿圈53的后行星齿轮机构,所述制动组件用于对所述前行星轮42和/或所述前太阳轮41进行制动,所述输出总成10用于输出动力。其中,所述发动机1与所述第一电机2连接,且与所述第二电机3可离合连接;所述第一电机2与所述后齿圈53可离合连接;所述第二电机3与所述后太阳轮51连接;所述前行星轮42与所述后齿圈53传动连接;所述后行星轮52和所述前齿圈43均与所述输出总成10连接。
本发明的技术方案中,发动机1与第一电机2连接,且与第二电机3可离合连接,第一电机2与后齿圈53可离合连接,第二电机3与后太阳轮51连接,前行星轮42与后齿圈53传动连接,前行星轮42和前太阳轮41均可以实现制动或者自由旋转,通过控制发动机1与第二电机3结合或脱开,第一电机2和后齿圈53结合或脱开,以及前行星轮42和/或前太阳轮41是否制动,能够实现串并联、功率分流等模式,形成不同的动力路径和有速比,能够实现无极调速和四档变速,适应不同的行驶状况,结构紧凑、适应性强且容易控制,而且相较同类产品,能够兼顾生产成本和产品动力性,经济实惠,适用于大多数大中型SUV;此外,本发明通过设置发动机1与第二电机3可离合连接,第一电机2与后齿圈53可离合连接,能够减少电机高速时的拖曳损失。
其中,所述发动机1与所述第二电机3可离合连接是指发动机1与第二电机3可以结合实现动力传递,也可以断开中断二者之间的动力传递。在一实施例中,所述混合动力系统100还包括第一离合器6,所述第一离合器6设于所述第二电机3与所述发动机1之间,当第一离合器6结合时,发动机1与第二电机3连接,能够传递动力,当第一离合器6断开时,发动机1与第二电机3之间的动力传递被切断。
其中,所述第一电机2与所述后齿圈53可离合连接是指第一电机2与后齿圈53可以结合实现动力传递,也可以断开中断二者之间的动力传递。在一实施例中,所述混合动力系统100还包括第二离合器7,所述第二离合器7设于所述第一电机2与所述后齿圈53之间,当第二离合器7结合时,第一电机2与后齿圈53连接,能够传递动力,当第二离合器7断开时,第一电机2与后齿圈53之间的动力传递被切断。
在本混合动力系统100中,第一电机2为发电机,第一电机2与发动机1连接,发电机转动即可启动发动机1,反之,当发动机1运转时,就可以带动发电机给汽车电池充电;第二电机3为驱动电机,并设有第一离合器6,在高车速下断开第一离合器6,能够有效避免电机高速时的拖曳损失,在第一离合器6工作结合时,第二电机3与发动机1结合,能够传递发动机1动力实现发动机1直驱,也可以实现发动机1和第二电机3同时驱动。
所述制动组件包括第一制动器8,所述第一制动器8固定安装在变速器的壳体上,并与前行星轮42连接,以在结合时,实现对所述前行星轮42进行制动,在断开时,实现所述前行星轮42自由转动。
所述制动组件包括第二制动器9,所述第二制动器9固定安装在变速器的壳体上,并与前太阳轮41连接,以在结合时,实现对所述前太阳轮41进行制动,在断开时,实现所述前太阳轮41自由转动。
本实施例中,所述输出总成10包括依次传动连接的输出齿轮101、传动齿轮组件102以及差速器103,所述后行星轮52和所述前齿圈43均与所述输出齿轮101连接,所述差速器103用于输出动力。具体地,传动齿轮组件102包括输出轴以及多个设置在输出轴上的传动齿轮,其中一个传动齿轮与输出齿轮101啮合,还有一个传动齿轮与差速器103的被动齿轮啮合,从而最终将动力传递至汽车的轮端。
本混合动力系统100通过控制第一电机2和第二电机3的动力介入和中断,通过行星机构的作为耦合,能够实现纯电动模式、并联模式、功率分流模式、发动机1直接驱动多种模式,实现四个档位以及无机调速模式,适应不同的行驶需求,采用低速电机就可以实现车辆行驶的多种速度需求和节油性能,有利于提高发动机1工作的区域,动力性强,且使车辆的经济性达到紧致。具体地,如下表所示,表中显示了不同档位时对应的离合器、制动器、发动机1、第一电机2和第二电机3的工作状态图,其中,“√”表示结合或工作状态,“×”表示断开或停止工作状态,“√/×”表示或的状态。

图2至图6依次对应为PS模式(功率分流模式,能够实现无极调速)、1档、2档、3档、4档时,本混合动力系统100的动力路径,各图中加粗线为动力路径。
参阅图2,本实施例中,第一离合器6、第一制动器8、第二制动器9均断开,第二离合器7结合,第一电机2、第二电机3以及发动机1工作,发动机1输出的动力传递至后齿圈53,第二电机3驱动后太阳轮51,后行星轮52输出动力,通过调整发动机1和第二电机3在后行星齿轮机构的动力平衡,能够实现无极调速。
参阅图3,本实施例中,1档时,在串联模式时,第一离合器6、第二离合器7、第二制动器9断开,第一制动器8结合,前行星轮42、后齿圈53被固定,第二电机3驱动后太阳轮51,通过后行星轮52输出,此时1档有速比即与传统AT接近,且由于本实施例第二电机3直接驱动后太阳轮51,并不需要调动动力去平衡行星齿轮机构,因此,第二电机3可以按照最大扭矩提供;当切换至并联模式时,第一离合器6结合,发动机1输出动力通过第二电机3传递至后太阳轮51,通过发动机1介入进一步提高了动力,相较传统AT变速器、本田i-MMD以及丰田THS系统动力性更优。
参阅图4,图示为2档对应的动力路径图,本实施例中,在串联模式时,第一离合器6、第二离合器7、第一制动器8断开,第二制动器9结合,前太阳轮41被固定,第二电机3驱动后太阳轮51,通过后行星轮52、前齿圈43输出动力,此时,本混合动力系统100具有另一个有速比;当切换至并联模式时,第一离合器6结合,发动机1输出动力通过第二电机3传递至后太阳轮51,通过发动机1介入进一步提高了动力。
参阅图5,本实施例中,第一离合器6、第二离合器7结合,第一制动器8、第二制动器9断开,行星齿轮机构与发动机1同步运转,前行星齿轮机构和后行星齿轮机构相对固定,发动机1、第二电机3并联驱动,后行星架输出动力,此时为三档。
参阅图6,本实施例中,第一离合器6、第一制动器8断开,第二离合器7、第二制动器9结合,动力通过前齿圈43输出,此时为四档。
此外,本发明还提出一种混合动力变速器,所述混合动力变速器包括壳体以及设于所述壳体内的混合动力系统100,所述混合动力系统100包括发动机1、第一电机2、第二电机3、前行星齿轮机构、后行星齿轮机构以及输出总成10。由于混合动力变速器中的混合动力系统100采用了上述所有实施例的全部技术方案,因此至少具有上述实施例的技术方案所带来的所有有益效果,在此不再一一赘述。
进一步地,所述输出总成10包括依次传动连接的输出齿轮101、传动齿轮组件102以及差速器103,所述后行星轮52和所述前齿圈43均与所述输出齿轮101连接,所述差速器103用于输出动力。本实施例中,所述输出齿轮101的一侧与传动齿轮组件102传动连接,另一侧通过轴承104支撑在所述壳体上,以使输出齿轮101能够有效传递出动力。
此外,本发明还提出一种汽车,所述汽车包括混合动力系统100,所述混合动力系统100包括发动机1、第一电机2、第二电机3、前行星齿轮机构、后行星齿轮机构以及输出总成10。由于汽车的混合动力系统100采用了上述所有实施例的全部技术方案,因此至少具有上述实施例的技术方案所带来的所有有益效果,在此不再一一赘述。

Claims (10)

1.一种混合动力系统,其特征在于,包括发动机、第一电机、第二电机、具有前太阳轮、前行星轮以及前齿圈的前行星齿轮机构、具有后太阳轮、后行星轮以及后齿圈的后行星齿轮机构、用于对所述前行星轮和/或所述前太阳轮进行制动的制动组件以及用于输出动力的输出总成;
其中,所述发动机与所述第一电机连接,且与所述第二电机可离合连接,所述第一电机与所述后齿圈可离合连接,所述第二电机与所述后太阳轮连接,所述前行星轮与所述后齿圈传动连接,所述后行星轮和所述前齿圈均与所述输出总成连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的混合动力系统,其特征在于,还包括第一离合器,所述第一离合器设于所述第二电机与所述发动机之间,以切断或结合所述发动机和所述第二电机之间的动力传递。
3.如权利要求1所述的混合动力系统,其特征在于,还包括第二离合器,所述第二离合器设于所述第一电机与所述后齿圈之间,以切断或结合所述第一电机和所述后齿圈之间的动力传递。
4.如权利要求1所述的混合动力系统,其特征在于,所述制动组件包括第一制动器,所述第一制动器用于对所述前行星轮进行制动。
5.如权利要求1所述的混合动力系统,其特征在于,所述制动组件包括第二制动器,所述第二制动器用于对所述前太阳轮进行制动。
6.如权利要求1所述的混合动力系统,其特征在于,所述输出总成包括依次传动连接的输出齿轮、传动齿轮组件以及差速器,所述后行星轮和所述前齿圈均与所述输出齿轮连接,所述差速器用于输出动力。
7.如权利要求1所述的混合动力系统,其特征在于,所述第一电机为发电机,所述第二电机为驱动电机。
8.一种混合动力变速器,其特征在于,所述混合动力变速器包括壳体以及设置在所述壳体内的如权利要求1至7任意一项所述的混合动力系统。
9.如权利要求8所述的混合动力变速器,其特征在于,所述混合动力系统的输出总成的输出齿轮通过轴承支撑在所述壳体上。
10.一种汽车,其特征在于,所述汽车包括如权利要求1至7任意一项所述的混合动力系统。
