Description
図1から図12は、本発明の一実施例に係る車両用駆動装置を示す図である。図1から図12において、上下前後左右方向は、車両に設置された状態の車両用駆動装置を基準とし、車両の前後方向を前後方向、車両の左右方向(車両の幅方向)を左右方向、車両の上下方向(車両の高さ方向)を上下方向とする。
図1において、ハイブリッド車両(以下、単に車両という)1は、車体2を備えており、車体2は、ダッシュパネル3によって前側のエンジンルーム2Aと後側の車室2Bとに仕切られている。
アイドル軸12は、主入力軸11、アイドル軸12、副入力軸13、カウンタ軸14、後進軸15の中で最も前側に設置された軸であり、モータ出力軸35Bの後側斜め下方に設置されている。主入力軸11は、アイドル軸12の後側斜め上方に設置されており、副入力軸13は、アイドル軸12の後側斜め下方に設置されている。
(変速段が1速段の場合の動力伝達経路)
1速段においては、同期装置31が中立位置から1速段用のカウンタギヤ14A側に移動し、1速段用のカウンタギヤ14Aをカウンタ軸14に連結する。
3速段においては、同期装置33が中立位置から3速段用のアイドルギヤ12A側に移動し、3速段用のアイドルギヤ12Aをアイドル軸12に連結する。
5速段においては、同期装置32が中立位置から5速段用のカウンタギヤ14C側に移動し、5速段用のカウンタギヤ14Cをカウンタ軸14に連結する。
後進段においては、同期装置34が中立位置から後進ギヤ15A側に移動し、後進ギヤ15Aを後進軸15に連結する。
モータ35は、車両1のモータ走行時の動力を得る場合と、車両1の発進および加速時にエンジン20の動力をアシストする動力を得る場合と、変速中に同期装置31、32、33、34がそれまでの変速段を達成する位置から新たな変速段を達成する位置に移動するまでの間にエンジン20の動力を補完するギャップフィリング用の動力を得る場合とに使用される。
本実施例の駆動装置4は、エンジン20の動力を断接するクラッチ41とレリーズベアリング44が同軸上に設置され、エンジン20の動力がクラッチ41を介して伝達される入力軸11と、主入力軸11と平行に設置され、ディファレンシャル装置17のファイナルドリブンギヤ17Aに噛み合うファイナルドライブギヤ14Fを有するカウンタ軸14とを有する。
Claims (4)
- 内燃機関の動力を断接するクラッチとレリーズベアリングとが同軸上に設置され、前記内燃機関の動力が前記クラッチを介して伝達される入力軸と、
前記入力軸と平行に設置されディファレンシャル装置のファイナルドリブンギヤに噛み合うファイナルドライブギヤを有するカウンタ軸と、
前記入力軸と前記カウンタ軸の間の動力伝達経路上に設置され、前記入力軸の回転を前記カウンタ軸に伝達可能な中間軸と、
回動自在なクラッチレリーズ軸を有し、前記クラッチレリーズ軸を回動させることにより前記レリーズベアリングを介して前記クラッチを断接するクラッチレリーズ機構と、
前記入力軸、前記カウンタ軸、前記中間軸、前記クラッチレリーズ機構を収容する変速機ケースとを備え、
前記変速機ケースは、前記変速機ケースの内部を、前記入力軸、前記カウンタ軸および前記中間軸を収容するギヤ室と、前記クラッチ、前記レリーズベアリングおよび前記クラッチレリーズ機構を収容するクラッチ室とに仕切る仕切壁を有し、
前記仕切壁は、軸受を介して前記カウンタ軸を回転自在に支持するカウンタ軸用の軸受支持部と、軸受を介して前記中間軸を回転自在に支持する中間軸用の軸受支持部とを有し、
前記中間軸用の軸受支持部は、前記中間軸の軸方向で前記カウンタ軸用の軸受支持部よりも前記クラッチから離れた位置に形成されており、
前記クラッチレリーズ軸は、前記中間軸の延長線と交差するように設置されていることを特徴とする車両用駆動装置。 - 前記中間軸用の軸受支持部の前記クラッチ側の面に、前記クラッチレリーズ軸を回転自在に支持するクラッチレリーズ軸支持部が連結されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用駆動装置。
- 前記クラッチレリーズ軸支持部は、前記カウンタ軸用の軸受支持部に対して前記カウンタ軸の軸方向で重なる位置に設けられており、
前記仕切壁は、前記クラッチレリーズ軸支持部と前記カウンタ軸用の軸受支持部を連結するリブを有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の車両用駆動装置。 - モータと、前記モータを前記変速機ケースに取付けるブラケットとを備え、
前記変速機ケースは、上壁を有し、前記上壁は、前記ブラケットが取付けられるケース側取付部を有し、
前記クラッチレリーズ軸支持部を第1のクラッチレリーズ軸支持部とした場合に、前記上壁に、前記第1のクラッチレリーズ軸支持部と異なる第2のクラッチレリーズ軸支持部が設けられており、
前記ケース側取付部は、前記第2のクラッチレリーズ軸支持部に連結部を介して連結していることを特徴とする請求項2または請求項3に記載の車両用駆動装置。
