図1から図14は、本発明の一実施例に係る車両用変速機を示す図である。図1から図14において、上下前後左右方向は、車両に設置された状態の車両用変速機を基準とし、車両の前後方向を前後方向、車両の左右方向(車両の幅方向)を左右方向、車両の上下方向(車両の高さ方向)を上下方向とする。
図1において、ハイブリッド車両(以下、単に車両という)1は、車体2を備えており、車体2は、ダッシュパネル3によって前側のエンジンルーム2Aと後側の車室2Bとに仕切られている。
(変速段が1速段の場合の動力伝達経路)
1速段においては、同期装置31が中立位置から1速段用のカウンタギヤ14A側に移動し、1速段用のカウンタギヤ14Aをカウンタ軸14に連結する。
3速段においては、同期装置33が中立位置から3速段用のアイドルギヤ12A側に移動し、3速段用のアイドルギヤ12Aをアイドル軸12に連結する。
5速段においては、同期装置32が中立位置から5速段用のカウンタギヤ14C側に移動し、5速段用のカウンタギヤ14Cをカウンタ軸14に連結する。
後進段においては、同期装置34が中立位置から後進ギヤ15A側に移動し、後進ギヤ15Aを後進軸15に連結する。
モータ35は、車両1のモータ走行時の動力を得る場合と、車両1の発進および加速時にエンジン20の動力をアシストする動力を得る場合と、変速中に同期装置31、32、33、34がそれまでの変速段を達成する位置から新たな変速段を達成する位置に移動するまでの間にエンジン20の動力を補完するギャップフィリング用の動力を得る場合とに使用される。
本実施例の変速機4は、ディファレンシャル装置17のファイナルドリブンギヤ17Aに噛み合う後進用のファイナルドライブギヤ15Bを有する後進軸15と、ファイナルドリブンギヤ17Aに噛み合う前進用のファイナルドライブギヤ14Fを有するカウンタ軸14とを含んで構成される変速機構60を備えている。
Claims (4)
- それぞれ変速ギヤを有する複数の回転軸を有し、前記回転軸が、ディファレンシャル装置のファイナルドリブンギヤに噛み合う後進用のファイナルドライブギヤを有する後進軸と、前記ファイナルドリブンギヤに噛み合う前進用のファイナルドライブギヤを有するカウンタ軸とを含んで構成される変速機構と、
シフトケースと、軸線方向に移動自在、かつ、軸線周りに回転するように前記シフトケースに設置され、前記変速機構のシフトレンジの切換えを行うシフトアンドセレクト軸とを有するシフト装置とを備え、
前記後進軸は、前記カウンタ軸よりも上方に設置され、かつ、前記カウンタ軸の軸長よりも短い軸長に形成されており、
前記シフト装置は、前記シフトアンドセレクト軸が上下方向に延び、かつ、前記後進軸の軸方向に並ぶように設置されていることを特徴とする車両用変速機。 - 前記回転軸の軸方向から見た場合に、前記シフトケースは、前記後進軸の前記変速ギヤと前記後進軸の軸方向に並んで設置されており、
前記シフトアンドセレクト軸は、その下端部が前記カウンタ軸よりも上方に位置するように設置されている特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用変速機。 - 開口部を有し、前記変速機構を収容する変速機ケースを備え、
前記シフトケースは、前記開口部の周囲の取付面に取付けられるフランジ部を有し、
前記フランジ部が前記変速機ケースの上壁よりも下方に位置するように、前記変速機ケースに前記開口部の前記取付面が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の車両用変速機。 - 前記変速機ケースは、車両の前後方向で前記シフトケースの下方に位置する後壁を有し、
前記後壁の下側の部分は、前記シフトケースの後端よりも前方に窪んでおり、
前記回転軸の軸方向から見た場合に、前記ディファレンシャル装置と車輪とを連結するドライブシャフトの一部が前記シフトケースの下方に入り込んでいることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の車両用変速機。
