Abstract
【解決手段】車両の動力伝達構造10によれば、リダクションシャフト28と第2電動機MG2の第2ロータ軸70とのスプライン嵌合部76に隣接して径方向に重なる部分に圧入された径方向に弾性変形可能な筒状金属部材81により、リダクションシャフト28と第2ロータ軸70とは径方向に反対方向への反力を受けるため、リダクションシャフト28の軸心と第2ロータ軸70の軸心とのずれが抑制されて、歯打ち音の発生が抑制される。筒状金属部材81は剛性が高く回転方向への変形が抑制されるため、リダクションシャフト28と第2ロータ軸70とのトルク伝達の応答性が向上されて制振制御の制振効果が向上する。

Claims (6)
- エンジンの動力を伝達する動力伝達部材に動力伝達可能に連結された第1回転体と、前記第1回転体に同心に設けられて該第1回転体とスプライン嵌合された第2回転体と、を含む車両の動力伝達構造であって、
前記第1回転体と前記第2回転体とが径方向に重なる部分に介装された径方向に弾性変形可能な金属筒を有し、
前記金属筒は、前記第1回転体と接触する第1領域と、前記第2回転体と接触する第2領域と、前記第1領域と前記第2領域とを接続する第3領域で構成されることを特徴とする車両の動力伝達構造。 - 前記第1回転体は、駆動軸であり、
前記第2回転体は、電動機の回転軸であることを特徴とする請求項1の車両の動力伝達構造。 - 前記駆動軸と、前記電動機の回転軸と、前記駆動軸と前記電動機の回転軸とが径方向に重なる部分に介装された径方向に弾性変形可能な金属筒とからなる動力伝達構造の共振周波数が、前記エンジンの上限回転数以上であることを特徴とする請求項2の車両の動力伝達構造。
- 前記電動機の回転軸は、エンジン、第1電動機、前記エンジンおよび第1電動機に連結された遊星歯車装置と第2電動機とが異なる回転軸心上に配置された複軸式ハイブリッド車両の前記第2電動機のロータ軸であり、
前記駆動軸は、リダクションシャフトであり、
前記金属筒が、前記複軸式ハイブリッド車両の前記第2電動機のロータ軸と前記リダクションシャフトとの間に設けられることを特徴とする請求項2または3の車両の動力伝達構造。 - 前記第1回転体は、エンジン、第1電動機、前記エンジンおよび前記第1電動機に連結された第1遊星歯車装置と、第2電動機および前記第2電動機が連結された第2遊星歯車装置とが同一の回転軸心上に配置された単軸式ハイブリッド車両の前記第2遊星歯車装置のサンギヤであり、
前記第2回転体は、前記第2電動機のロータ軸であり、
前記金属筒が、前記単軸式ハイブリッド車両の前記第2電動機のロータ軸と前記サンギヤとの間に設けられることを特徴とする請求項1の車両の動力伝達構造。 - 前記サンギヤと、前記第2電動機のロータ軸と、前記サンギヤと前記第2電動機のロータ軸の径方向に重なる部分に介装された径方向に弾性変形可能な金属筒とからなる動力伝達構造の共振周波数が、前記エンジンの上限回転数以上であることを特徴とする請求項5の車両の動力伝達構造。
