Abstract
【解決手段】エンジンを運転している最中にシステム停止指示がなされたときには、ギヤ機構のギヤの噛み合いを一方側に押しつけながらエンジンを停止させて(ステップS100〜S190)、エンジンが停止した後は駆動軸に接続されたモータのトルク指令Tm2*を徐々に減少させて(ステップS200〜S250)、トルク指令Tm2*が閾値Tref未満に至ったときに(ステップS250)、システムを停止する(ステップS260)。こうすれば、システム停止する際に駆動軸に生じる振動を抑制することができる。

内燃機関と、
該内燃機関の出力軸と車軸にギヤ機構を介して接続された駆動軸とに接続され、電力と動力との入出力と該出力軸および前記駆動軸の一方に反力としてのトルクの出力とを伴って前記出力軸および前記駆動軸の他方にトルクを出力するトルク出力手段と、
前記駆動軸に動力を入出力可能な電動機と、
前記トルク出力手段および前記電動機と電力のやりとりが可能な蓄電手段と、
前記内燃機関が運転されている最中にシステム停止指示がなされたとき、前記内燃機関の出力軸が所定の回転位置範囲内に停止するよう前記内燃機関と前記トルク出力手段とを制御すると共に前記トルク出力手段による前記内燃機関の出力軸へのトルクの出力に伴って前記駆動軸に反力として出力されるトルクをキャンセルするキャンセルトルクと前記ギヤ機構のギヤの噛み合いを一方側に押し当てるのに必要な押し当てトルクとの和のトルクが前記電動機から出力されるよう該電動機を制御し、少なくとも前記内燃機関が停止した以降は前記電動機からのトルクが徐減するよう該電動機を制御し、該電動機から出力されるトルクが所定トルクに至ったときにシステム停止する制御手段と、
を備えることを要旨とする。

を備えることを要旨とする。

前記内燃機関が運転されている最中にシステム停止指示がなされたとき、前記内燃機関の出力軸が所定の回転位置範囲内に停止するよう前記内燃機関と前記トルク出力手段とを制御すると共に前記トルク出力手段による前記内燃機関の出力軸へのトルクの出力に伴って前記駆動軸に反力として出力されるトルクをキャンセルするキャンセルトルクと前記ギヤ機構のギヤの噛み合いを一方側に押し当てるのに必要な押し当てトルクとの和のトルクが前記電動機から出力されるよう該電動機を制御し、少なくとも前記内燃機関が停止した以降は前記電動機からのトルクが徐減するよう該電動機を制御し、該電動機から出力されるトルクが所定トルクに至ったときにシステム停止する
ことを要旨とする。

前記内燃機関が運転されている最中にシステム停止指示がなされたとき、前記内燃機関の出力軸が所定の回転位置範囲内に停止するよう前記内燃機関と前記トルク出力手段とを制御すると共に前記トルク出力手段による前記内燃機関の出力軸へのトルクの出力に伴って前記駆動軸に反力として出力されるトルクをキャンセルするキャンセルトルクと前記ギヤ機構のギヤの噛み合いを一方側に押し当てるのに必要な押し当てトルクとの和のトルクが前記電動機から出力されるよう該電動機を制御し、少なくとも前記内燃機関が停止した以降は前記電動機からのトルクが徐減するよう該電動機を制御し、該電動機から出力されるトルクが所定トルクに至ったときにシステム停止する
ことを要旨とする。

前記内燃機関が運転されている最中にシステム停止指示がなされたとき、前記内燃機関の出力軸が所定の回転位置範囲内に停止するよう前記内燃機関と前記トルク出力手段とを制御すると共に前記トルク出力手段による前記内燃機関の出力軸へのトルクの出力に伴って前記駆動軸に反力として出力されるトルクをキャンセルするキャンセルトルクと前記ギヤ機構のギヤの噛み合いを一方側に押し当てるのに必要な押し当てトルクとの和のトルクが前記電動機から出力されるよう該電動機を制御し、少なくとも前記内燃機関が停止した以降は前記電動機からのトルクが徐減するよう該電動機を制御し、前記システム停止指示がなされた以降の所定タイミングから前記電動機からのトルクが徐減して所定トルクに至るまでに要する所定時間が経過したときにシステム停止する
ことを要旨とする。
Claims (5)
- 内燃機関と、
該内燃機関の出力軸と車軸にギヤ機構を介して接続された駆動軸とに接続され、電力と動力との入出力と該出力軸および前記駆動軸の一方に反力としてのトルクの出力とを伴って前記出力軸および前記駆動軸の他方にトルクを出力するトルク出力手段と、
前記駆動軸に動力を入出力可能な電動機と、
前記トルク出力手段および前記電動機と電力のやりとりが可能な蓄電手段と、
前記内燃機関が運転されている最中にシステム停止指示がなされたとき、前記内燃機関の出力軸が所定の回転位置範囲内に停止するよう前記内燃機関と前記トルク出力手段とを制御すると共に前記トルク出力手段による前記内燃機関の出力軸へのトルクの出力に伴って前記駆動軸に反力として出力されるトルクをキャンセルするキャンセルトルクと前記ギヤ機構のギヤの噛み合いを一方側に押し当てるのに必要な押し当てトルクとの和のトルクが前記電動機から出力されるよう該電動機を制御し、少なくとも前記内燃機関が停止した以降は前記電動機からのトルクが徐減するよう該電動機を制御し、該電動機から出力されるトルクが所定トルクに至ったときにシステム停止する制御手段と、
を備える車両。 - 内燃機関と、
該内燃機関の出力軸と車軸にギヤ機構を介して接続された駆動軸とに接続され、電力と動力との入出力と前記出力軸および前記駆動軸の一方に反力としてのトルクの出力とを伴って前記出力軸および前記駆動軸の他方にトルクを出力するトルク出力手段と、
前記駆動軸に動力を入出力可能な電動機と、
前記トルク出力手段および前記電動機と電力のやりとりが可能な蓄電手段と、
前記内燃機関が運転されている最中にシステム停止指示がなされたとき、前記内燃機関の出力軸が所定の回転位置範囲内に停止するよう前記内燃機関と前記トルク出力手段とを制御すると共に前記トルク出力手段による前記内燃機関の出力軸へのトルクの出力に伴って前記駆動軸に反力として出力されるトルクをキャンセルするキャンセルトルクと前記ギヤ機構のギヤの噛み合いを一方側に押し当てるのに必要な押し当てトルクとの和のトルクが前記電動機から出力されるよう該電動機を制御し、少なくとも前記内燃機関が停止した以降は前記電動機からのトルクが徐減するよう該電動機を制御し、前記システム停止指示がなされた以降の所定タイミングから前記電動機からのトルクが徐減して所定トルクに至るまでに要する所定時間が経過したときにシステム停止する制御手段と、
を備える車両。 - 前記蓄電手段から前記電動機への電力の供給を遮断する遮断手段を備え、
前記制御手段は、前記システム停止する際には前記蓄電手段から前記電動機への電力の供給が遮断されるよう前記遮断手段を制御する手段である
請求項1または2記載の車両。 - 前記トルク出力手段は、前記内燃機関の出力軸と前記駆動軸と回転軸との3軸に接続され該3軸のうちいずれか2軸に入出力した動力に基づいて残余の軸に動力を入出力する3軸式動力入出力手段と、前記回転軸に動力を入出力可能な電動機と、を備える手段である請求項1ないし3いずれか記載の車両。
- 前記トルク出力手段は、前記内燃機関の出力軸に接続された第1の回転子と前記駆動軸に接続された第2の回転子とを有し、前記第1の回転子と前記第2の回転子との相対的な回転により回転する対回転子電動機である請求項1ないし3いずれか記載の車両。
