Abstract
Description
可動金型が設けられる可動プラテンに連動して型締方向および型開方向に移動可能な安全バーと、
射出成形機のカバーに設けられる扉の開放時に前記安全バーに当接するラッチと、
を備え、
前記安全バーは、前記安全バーの長手方向に沿って間隔をあけて設けられる複数の溝と、複数の前記溝の間に設けられ、前記型締方向に向かうほど前記安全バーの軸からの高さが大きくなる傾斜部とを有し、
前記ラッチは、前記型開方向側の表面に切り欠きを有する。
図1を用いて、本実施の形態の射出成形機に備えられる型締機構12および安全装置14を説明する。
上記の実施の形態は、以下のように変形してもよい。
図5Aおよび図5Bを用いて、変形例1のラッチ42について説明する。図5Aおよび図5Bでは、上記の実施の形態において説明した構成と同等の構成に対して同一の符号が付されている。なお、本変形例では、上記の実施の形態と重複する説明は省略する。
図6Aおよび図6Bを用いて、変形例2のラッチ42について説明する。図6Aおよび図6Bでは、上記の実施の形態において説明した構成と同等の構成に対して同一の符号が付されている。なお、本変形例では、上記の実施の形態と重複する説明は省略する。
上記の実施の形態では、ラッチ部42A、42Bの数(ラッチ部数)が2つであったが、1つであってもよく、3つ以上であってもよい。
上記の実施の形態および変形例は、矛盾の生じない範囲で任意に組み合わされてもよい。
上記の実施の形態および変形例から把握しうる発明について、以下に記載する。
可動金型(16B)が設けられる可動プラテン(22)に連動して型締方向および型開方向に移動可能な安全バー(40)と、
射出成形機のカバーに設けられる扉の開放時に安全バー(40)に当接するラッチ(42)と、
を備え、
安全バー(40)は、安全バー(40)の長手方向に沿って間隔をあけて設けられる複数の溝(40G)と、複数の溝(40G)の間に設けられ、型締方向に向かうほど安全バーの軸(AX)からの高さが大きくなる傾斜部(40B)とを有し、
ラッチ(42)は、型開方向側の表面に切り欠き(50)を有する。

Claims (6)
- 可動金型が設けられる可動プラテンに連動して型締方向および型開方向に移動可能な安全バーと、
射出成形機のカバーに設けられる扉の開放時に前記安全バーに当接するラッチと、
を備え、
前記安全バーは、前記安全バーの長手方向に沿って間隔をあけて設けられる複数の溝と、複数の前記溝の間に設けられ、前記型締方向に向かうほど前記安全バーの軸からの高さが大きくなる傾斜部とを有し、
前記ラッチは、前記型開方向側の表面に切り欠きを有する、安全装置。 - 請求項1に記載の安全装置であって、
前記ラッチは、前記型締方向および前記型開方向に沿って配置される複数のラッチ部を有し、
前記切り欠きは、複数の前記ラッチ部の少なくとも1つに設けられる、安全装置。 - 請求項2に記載の安全装置であって、
前記切り欠きは、最も前記型開方向側に配置される前記ラッチ部に設けられる、安全装置。 - 請求項2に記載の安全装置であって、
前記切り欠きは、最も前記型締方向側に配置される前記ラッチ部に設けられる、安全装置。 - 請求項2に記載の安全装置であって、
前記切り欠きは、前記型締方向および前記型開方向に沿ったラッチ厚が所定厚さ以上の前記ラッチ部に設けられる、安全装置。 - 請求項2に記載の安全装置であって、
前記切り欠きは、複数の前記ラッチ部の各々に設けられる、安全装置。
