Abstract
Description
上記(メタ)アクリル酸エステルとしては、(メタ)アクリル酸エステル系樹脂(A)との相溶性に優れることから、メタクリル酸メチルが好ましく、カルボキシル基を有するアクリル系単量体としては、増粘性が優れることから、(メタ)アクリル酸が好ましい。
ポリメタクリル酸メチル(a)(旭化成株式会社製「NB80」、重量平均分子量145,000)とメタクリル酸メチル(b1)(旭化成ケミカルズ株式会社製)を24:76の割合で溶解したアクリルシラップ22質量部、トリメチロールプロパントリアクリレート(b2)(ダイセル・オルネクス株式会社製「TMPTA」)0.5質量部、メタクリル酸(b3)(三菱ケミカル株式会社製)1.5質量部、(メタ)アクリル系重合粉末(c)(三菱ケミカル株式会社製「メタブレンP−531」、重量平均分子量4,500,000)3.5質量部、水酸化アルミニウム(d)(住友化学株式会社製「CW−308B」、平均粒子径8μm)65質量部、酸化マグネシウム(e1)(協和化学工業株式会社製「キョーワマグ150」)0.8質量部、ラジカル重合開始剤(f)(日油株式会社製「パーキュアHO」)0.8質量部、ステアリン酸(日油株式会社製)0.3質量部、アクリル系白色柄材(タカラスタンダード株式会社製、粒子径100〜500μm)2質量部、ガラス繊維(オーウェンスコーニング合同会社製、CS979HAN、平均繊維長6mm)8質量部、合計104.4質量部となるよう、双腕型ニーダー(日本スピンドル製造株式会社製)で混練して、BMC状の樹脂組成物をバリアフィルム(DIC株式会社製「DIRAREN 100B」、厚み35μm)で梱包・密閉した後、約40℃で24時間養生することにより、樹脂組成物(1)を得た。
実施例1で得られた樹脂組成物(1)を所定の大きさに整形し、株式会社上島製作所製のリュプケ反発弾性試験機を用いて、25℃で反発弾性率(%)を測定した(JIS K6255準拠)。養生終了約1日後に測定した結果、反発弾性率は12%であり、硬さ評価は「○」で良好な硬さであった。
〔硬さ評価基準〕
○:反発弾性率10〜16%(良好な硬さ)
△:反発弾性率6〜9%(やや柔らかい)、17〜20%(やや硬い)
×:反発弾性率5%以下(柔らかい)、21%以上(硬い)
実施例1で得られた樹脂組成物(1)を1個当たり1.0kgにサンプルを計り取り、600×300mmの平板金型に左右均等に2個のサンプルを置いて加熱圧縮成形し、厚さ約6mmの平板状の成形板(1)を得た。加熱圧縮成形条件は、金型温度(下)85℃/(上)100℃、キープ時間6分間、圧力5.5MPaであった。
得られた成形板(1)を室温になるまで放置し、BKY社製の光沢計「マイクロ−トリ−グロス」を用いて、60度光沢値を測定した。60度光沢値は87であり、外観評価は「○」であった。
〔外観評価基準〕
○:全面に均質な光沢感がある
△:一部に光沢ムラまたは分散不良がある
×:全面に光沢ムラまたは分散不良がある
実施例1で用いたメタクリル酸(b3)1.5質量部を1.0質量部とし、酸化マグネシウム(e1)0.8質量部を酸化亜鉛(e2)(本庄ケミカル株式会社、平均粒子径1.5μm)1.0質量部とし、養生温度を40℃から25℃に変更した以外は実施例1と同様に操作することにより、BMC状の樹脂組成物(2)を得た。
実施例1と同様に樹脂組成物(2)の硬さを評価した結果、反発弾性率は11%で、評価は「○」であった。
また、実施例1と同様の手法で成形板(2)を得て、外観及び光沢評価を行った結果、60度光沢値は86で外観評価は「○」であった。
実施例1で用いたメタクリル酸(b3)1.5質量部、及び、酸化マグネシウム(e1)0.8質量部を配合しなかった以外は実施例1と同様に操作することにより、BMC状の比較用樹脂組成物(1´)を得た。
実施例1と同様に比較用樹脂組成物(1´)の硬さを評価した結果、反発弾性率は6%で、評価は「△」であった。
また、実施例1と同様の手法で成形板(1´)を得て、外観及び光沢評価を行った結果、60度光沢値は81で外観評価は「△」であった。
実施例1で用いた(メタ)アクリル系重合粉末(c)3.5質量部を配合しなかった以外は実施例1と同様に操作することにより、BMC状の比較用樹脂組成物(2´)を得た。
実施例1と同様に比較用樹脂組成物(2´)の硬さを評価した結果、反発弾性率は3%で、評価は「×」であった。
また、実施例1と同様の手法で成形板(2´)を得て、外観及び光沢評価を行った結果、60度光沢値は53で外観評価は「×」であった。
Claims (5)
- シートモールディングコンパウンド又はバルクモールディングコンパウンドに用いられる熱硬化性(メタ)アクリル系樹脂組成物であって、(メタ)アクリル酸エステル系樹脂(A)、(メタ)アクリル系単量体(B)、重量平均分子量が1,000,000以上である(メタ)アクリル系重合粉体(C)、無機充填材(D)、金属酸化物(E)、ラジカル重合開始剤(F)、及び、ガラス繊維(G)を含有することを特徴とする熱硬化性(メタ)アクリル系樹脂組成物。
- 請求項1記載の(メタ)アクリル系単量体(B)が、少なくとも、(メタ)アクリル酸エステル、カルボキシル基を有するラジカル重合性単量体を含有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の熱硬化性(メタ)アクリル系樹脂組成物。
- 請求項1記載の(メタ)アクリル酸系単量体(B)が、少なくとも、メタクリル酸メチル、(メタ)アクリル酸を含有することを特徴とする請求項1および2記載の熱硬化性(メタ)アクリル系樹脂組成物。
- 請求項1記載の金属酸化物(E)が、酸化マグネシウム、または、酸化亜鉛であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3記載の熱硬化性(メタ)アクリル系樹脂組成物。
- シートモールディングコンパウンド又はバルクモールディングコンパウンドに用いられる熱硬化性(メタ)アクリル系樹脂組成物であって、(メタ)アクリル酸エステル系樹脂(A)、(メタ)アクリル系単量体(B)、重量平均分子量が1,000,000以上である(メタ)アクリル系重合粉体(C)、無機充填材(D)、金属酸化物(E)、ラジカル重合開始剤(F)、及び、ガラス繊維(G)を含有することを特徴とする熱硬化性(メタ)アクリル系樹脂組組成物を加熱圧縮成形してなることを特徴とする(メタ)アクリル系樹脂成形品。
