Claims (3)
- 内燃機関から排出される排気ガスに含まれるPMを捕集するフィルタに対して、前記フィルタが捕集したPMを燃焼可能な周波数の電磁波を出力する電磁波出力部と、
前記内燃機関の回転数と燃料噴射量とに基づいて、前記内燃機関から排出された排気ガスに含まれる排気物質のPMおよびPM以外の物質の捕集量を取得する取得部と、
前記電磁波出力部が出力する電磁波の出力強度を制御する制御部と、を備えており、
PMの捕集量が、前記フィルタにおけるPMの捕集量の許容量を超えた場合において、
PM以外の物質の捕集量が所定の閾値以下となったときは、前記制御部が前記電磁波出力部に第1の出力強度で電磁波を出力させ、
PM以外の物質の捕集量が所定の閾値より多くなったときは、前記制御部が前記電磁波出力部に前記第1の出力強度よりも小さい第2の出力強度で電磁波を出力させることを特徴としている内燃機関の排気浄化装置。 - PMの捕集量が、前記フィルタにおけるPMの捕集量の許容量を超えた場合において、PM以外の物質の捕集量が前記所定の閾値より多くなったときは、前記制御部が前記電磁波出力部に電磁波を出力させないように制御することを特徴としている請求項1に記載の内燃機関の排気浄化装置。
- 内燃機関制御部を備え、
PMの捕集量が、前記フィルタにおけるPMの捕集量の許容量を超えた場合において、PM以外物質の捕集量が前記所定の閾値よりも多くなったときは、前記制御部が前記内燃機関制御部に排気温度を上昇する制御をさせることを特徴としている請求項1もしくは2に記載の内燃機関の排気浄化装置。
