Claims (2)
- 内燃機関からの排気ガス流路に設置されて粒子状物質を捕集するフィルタと、
前記フィルタに捕集された粒子状物質を除去するために前記内燃機関にてポスト噴射を行うポスト噴射手段と、
前記フィルタより上流に設置されて前記排気ガス流路内での燃料の酸化を促進させる酸化触媒部材と、
前記酸化触媒部材より上流に設置されて前記排気ガス流路に燃料を噴射する排気管噴射器と、
前記内燃機関の負荷の大きさを判定する負荷判定手段と、
前記フィルタの強制再生時に、前記内燃機関の負荷の大きさが所定値未満のときはポスト噴射のみを実行させ、前記内燃機関の負荷の大きさが前記所定値以上のときは排気管噴射を実行させる切り替え手段とを備え、
前記所定値は、前記内燃機関の回転数の全範囲に亘って、前記内燃機関の回転数が高くなるに従い低く設定されると共に、前記内燃機関の最高回転数にてゼロよりも高く設定されていることを特徴とするフィルタ再生装置。 - 前記フィルタより下流に設置されて窒素酸化物を浄化する選択触媒還元部材と、
前記選択触媒還元部材における排気ガス温度を検出する第2排気ガス温度センサと、
前記第2排気ガス温度センサが検出した排気ガス温度が所定値以上のときはポスト噴射及び/又は排気管噴射における噴射量を低減させるか又は噴射を禁止する噴射制限手段とを備えたことを特徴とする請求項1記載のフィルタ再生装置。
