請求項1乃至10のいずれか一項に記載の内燃機関の排気浄化システム。 - 前記マイクロ波照射装置は、前記マイクロ波の周波数及び位相の少なくとも一方を変化させることで、前記高磁界領域の位置、及び、前記高電界領域の位置を変化させる、
請求項1乃至11のいずれか一項に記載の内燃機関の排気浄化システム。 - 前記機関排気通路内における前記排気浄化触媒を挟んで前記マイクロ波照射装置と反対の側に配置され、前記排気浄化触媒に向けて別の所定周波数の別のマイクロ波を照射する別のマイクロ波照射装置を更に備え、
前記マイクロ波及び前記別のマイクロ波により前記筐体内で前記定在波が形成される、
請求項1乃至12のいずれか一項に記載の内燃機関の排気浄化システム。 - 前記マイクロ波照射装置及び前記別のマイクロ波照射装置の少なくとも一方は、前記マイクロ波及び前記別のマイクロ波の少なくとも一方の周波数及び位相の少なくとも一方を変化させることで、前記高磁界領域の位置、及び、前記高電界領域の位置を変化させる、
