Abstract
Description
側壁の全高さが120mmである耐火匣鉢の側壁に高さが35mmであるノッチ部を形成した。側壁の全面積は、396cm2であり、上記ノッチ部の面積は212cm2に該当する。また、耐火匣鉢の側壁と下面のラウンド部の曲率半径は、25mmになるようにした。
耐火匣鉢の側壁に高さが10mmであるノッチ部を形成したことを除いては、実施例1と同様の方法で焼成及び冷却して正極活物質を製造した。
耐火匣鉢の側壁と下面のラウンド部の曲率半径が15mmであることを除いては、実施例1と同様の方法で焼成及び冷却して正極活物質を製造した。

Claims (13)
- 二次電池用活物質を含む被焼成物を焼成するための耐火匣鉢であって、
前記耐火匣鉢は、側壁の上部から陥没して側壁の一部が開放されたノッチ部を含み、
前記側壁の面積に対するノッチ部の面積の割合が30〜70%であり、
前記耐火匣鉢の側壁と下面が接する端がラウンド部からなる、耐火匣鉢。 - 前記ラウンド部の曲率半径が25mm以上である、請求項1に記載の耐火匣鉢。
- 前記ノッチ部は、耐火匣鉢の上面から60〜90%の深さを有する、請求項1に記載の耐火匣鉢。
- 前記耐火匣鉢は、少なくとも1対の対向する側壁を含み、前記少なくとも1対の対向する側壁上に前記ノッチ部が形成される、請求項1に記載の耐火匣鉢。
- 前記耐火匣鉢の下面には貫通孔が形成される、請求項1に記載の耐火匣鉢。
- 前記耐火匣鉢は、被焼成物の流出入のために開放された上面を覆うための覆いをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の耐火匣鉢。
- 前記覆いには貫通孔が形成される、請求項6に記載の耐火匣鉢。
- 前記耐火匣鉢は、ムライト(3Al2O32SiO2)、コージライト((Mg、Fe+3)2Al4Si5O18)、スピネル(MgAl2O4)、及びジルコン(ZrSiO4)から選択された1種以上からなる、請求項1に記載の耐火匣鉢。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか一項による耐火匣鉢に原料物質を積載し、焼成炉に投入して焼成する段階と、
前記焼成後、耐火匣鉢の原料物質を回収し、冷却及び粉砕して二次電池用活物質を製造する段階と、を含む、二次電池用活物質の製造方法。 - 前記原料物質は、粉末を成形して、耐火匣鉢に積載される原料のサイズを増大させたものである、請求項9に記載の二次電池用活物質の製造方法。
- 前記焼成は、酸素雰囲気又は不活性ガス雰囲気下で行われる、請求項9に記載の二次電池用活物質の製造方法。
- 前記焼成炉内に2つ以上の耐火匣鉢が配置される、請求項9に記載の二次電池用活物質の製造方法。
- 前記焼成炉内に2つ以上の耐火匣鉢を2層以上に積み上げて焼成される、請求項9に記載の二次電池用活物質の製造方法。
