Abstract
Description
2017年6月8日に出願の米国仮特許出願第62/516,762号明細書に対する優先権を主張するものであり、その全内容は参照により本明細書中に組み込まれる。
本開示は、概して、インジェクタ、より具体的には、ダンパー機構及びフィルタリングデバイスを任意選択的に有するトルク駆動式インジェクタに関する。
概して、これら様々な実施形態に従い、トルク駆動式インジェクタは、ハウジングと、ユーザに注入される薬剤を収容するシリンジアセンブリと、トルクばねを使用してユーザに薬剤を注入する回転可能な作動アセンブリとを含む。薬剤がシリンジアセンブリを通過する際、任意のフィルタ機構が、薬剤中の任意の不要な異物をユーザに注入するのを制限してもよい。このように構成されることで、フィルタ機構はユーザに不要な異物を注入するリスクを確実に軽減することができる。
せん断速度u/yの等式は、シリンダの幾何学的形状に適用されるプレート間の動的粘性率の理論から導き出される。

Claims (28)
- ハウジングであって、少なくとも部分的に前記ハウジング内に配置されたシリンジアセンブリと作動機構とを有する、ハウジングを含み、
前記シリンジアセンブリは、
第1端部と、第2端部と、長手方向軸線とを有するシリンジバレルであって、患者に投与するための薬剤を保管するように適合されたシリンジバレルと、
前記シリンジバレルの前記第2端部に結合された針アセンブリであって、針ハブと前記針ハブに取り付けられた針とを有する針アセンブリと、
を含み、
前記作動機構は前記シリンジアセンブリに動作的に結合されており、
前記ハウジングに結合されたフレーム部材であって、第1表面と第2表面との間に形成されたねじ山付き開口部を有する、フレーム部材と、
ねじ山付きプランジャロッドとプランジャフェースとを含み、前記ねじ山付きプランジャロッドは、前記フレーム部材の前記ねじ山付き開口部にねじ式に結合されており、前記プランジャフェースは前記シリンジバレルの前記第1端部の近傍に配置されており、前記プランジャアセンブリは、前記シリンジバレルの前記長手方向軸線に沿って移動可能である、プランジャアセンブリと、
前記プランジャアセンブリに結合された、前記プランジャアセンブリの回転運動を案内するためのプランジャロッドガイドと、
前記プランジャロッドガイドに結合された、前記プランジャロッドガイドを回転させる力を前記プランジャロッドガイドに作用させるためのトルクばねであって、前記プランジャロッドガイドの回転が前記プランジャアセンブリを前記シリンジバレルに向かって前進させ、前記薬剤を前記針アセンブリ内で推進させる、トルクばねと、
を含む、インジェクタ。 - (a)前記針ハブに隣接して配置されたフィルタ部材であって、前記薬剤中に分散した粒子が前記針アセンブリに入るのを制限する、フィルタ部材、又は
(b)前記トルクばねの効果を減衰させるダンパー機構であって、前記フレーム部材、前記プランジャアセンブリ、及び前記プランジャロッドガイドのうちの少なくとも1つによって形成され、前記トルクばねが前記プランジャロッドガイドにトルクを作用させると、前記ダンパー機構は反対の力を前記プランジャロッドガイドに作用する、ダンパー機構、のうちの少なくとも1つを更に含む、請求項1に記載のインジェクタ。 - 前記フィルタ部材は、前記薬剤を通過させる一方で、前記薬剤中に分散した粒子の通過を制限する複数の開口部を含み、前記複数の開口部は、約10μm〜約50μmの直径を有する、請求項1又は2に記載のインジェクタ。
- 前記フィルタ部材は、前記薬剤を通過させる一方で、前記薬剤中に分散した粒子の通過を制限する複数の開口部を含み、前記複数の開口部は略円錐形を有する、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のインジェクタ。
- 前記フィルタ部材は少なくとも部分的に前記針ハブの一部分内に配置されている、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のインジェクタ。
- 前記フィルタ部材は少なくとも部分的に、前記シリンジバレルの前記第2端部によって画定される開口部内に配置されている、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のインジェクタ。
- 前記フィルタ部材は前記シリンジバレルの直径全体を占める、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のインジェクタ。
- 前記ダンパー機構は、前記プランジャロッドガイドの一部分と前記ハウジングとの間に配置された粘性材料を含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のインジェクタ。
- 前記ダンパー機構は、前記プランジャロッドガイドの一部分と前記ハウジングとの間に形成された、密閉又は非密閉チャンバを含む、請求項8に記載のインジェクタ。
- 前記ダンパー機構は、前記プランジャロッドに配置されており、前記プランジャアセンブリが前記シリンジバレルに向かって前進すると少なくとも部分的に変形するように適合された変形領域を含む、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のインジェクタ。
- 前記ダンパー機構は、前記プランジャロッドガイドと前記プランジャアセンブリとの間に配置された回転式減衰アセンブリを含む、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のインジェクタ。
- 前記回転式減衰アセンブリは、前記トルクばねがトルクを作用させると、中央プッシュホイールの周りで揺動し、連続的に逆転する加速を生じさせる揺動アンカーを含む、請求項11に記載のインジェクタ。
- 前記回転式減衰アセンブリは、前記トルクばねがトルクを作用させると、固定面に接触し、摩擦を生じさせる加重遠心ダンパーアセンブリを含む、請求項11に記載のインジェクタ。
