    配列番号8の1〜736の予測アミノ酸配列をコードする核酸配列からの発現によって産生されるvplタンパク質、配列番号7から産生されるvp1タンパク質、または配列番号8の1〜736の予測アミノ酸配列をコードし配列番号7と少なくとも70%同一である核酸配列から産生されるvp1タンパク質から選択されるAAVhu68 vp1タンパク質の異種集団、
    配列番号8の少なくとも約アミノ酸138〜736の予測アミノ酸配列をコードする核酸配列からの発現によって産生されるvp2タンパク質、配列番号7の少なくともヌクレオチド412〜2211を含む配列から産生されるvp2タンパク質、または配列番号8の少なくとも約アミノ酸138〜736の予測アミノ酸配列をコードし配列番号7の少なくともヌクレオチド412〜2211と少なくとも70%同一である核酸配列から産生されるvp2タンパク質、から選択されるAAVhu68 vp2タンパク質の異種集団、及び、
    配列番号8の少なくとも約アミノ酸203〜736の予測アミノ酸配列をコードする核酸配列からの発現によって産生されるvp3、配列番号7の少なくともヌクレオチド607〜2211を含む配列から産生されるvp3タンパク質、または配列番号8の少なくとも約アミノ酸203〜736の予測アミノ酸配列をコードし配列番号7の少なくともヌクレオチド607〜2211と少なくとも70%同一である核酸配列から産生されるvp3タンパク質から選択されるAAVhu68 vp3タンパク質の異種集団
    を含むAAVhu68カプシドを有するものである、前記rAAVベクター。
  2. 前記コードされるSMNタンパク質がアイソフォームDタンパク質であり、任意に、
    (i) 前記コードされるSMNアイソフォームDタンパク質が配列番号2のアミノ酸配列を有するか;及び/または、
    (ii) SMNアイソフォームDをコードする前記核酸配列が、
    (a)配列番号1、もしくはそれとの少なくとも70%の同一性を共有し配列番号2のアミノ酸配列を有するSMNタンパク質をコードする配列、
    (b)配列番号4;
    (c)配列番号5、または
    (d)配列番号6
    からなる群から選択される、
    請求項1に記載のrAAVベクター。
  3. 前記発現制御配列がプロモーターを含み、任意に、前記プロモーターがニワトリβ−アクチン(CB)プロモーターである、請求項1又は2に記載のrAAVベクター。
  4. (i) エンハンサー、イントロン、コザック配列、ポリA、転写後調節エレメントのうちの1つ以上をさらに含むか;及び/または、
    (ii) 前記カプシドを供給する前記AAVとは異なるAAVからのAAV末端逆位反復(ITR)配列をさらに含み、任意に、前記ITRがAAV2からのものである、
    請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のAAVベクター。
  5. AAV 5’ITR、CB7プロモーター、イントロン、配列番号1の核酸配列、ポリA及びAAV 3’末端逆位反復配列を含むベクターゲノムが中にパッケージングされているAAVカプシドを含む組換えアデノ随伴ウイルス(rAAV)ベクター。
  6. 前記ベクターゲノムが配列番号15または配列番号25を有する、請求項に記載のrAAV。
  7. 前記AAVがAAVhu68カプシドを有し、前記AAVhu68カプシドが、
    配列番号8の1〜736の予測アミノ酸配列をコードする核酸配列からの発現によって産生されるvplタンパク質、配列番号7から産生されるvp1タンパク質、または配列番号8の1〜736の予測アミノ酸配列をコードし配列番号7と少なくとも70%同一である核酸配列から産生されるvp1タンパク質から選択されるAAVhu68 vp1タンパク質の異種集団、
    配列番号8の少なくとも約アミノ酸138〜736の予測アミノ酸配列をコードする核酸配列からの発現によって産生されるvp2タンパク質、配列番号7の少なくともヌクレオチド412〜2211を含む配列から産生されるvp2タンパク質、または配列番号8の少なくとも約アミノ酸138〜736の予測アミノ酸配列をコードし配列番号7の少なくともヌクレオチド412〜2211と少なくとも70%同一である核酸配列から産生されるvp2タンパク質、から選択されるAAVhu68 vp2タンパク質の異種集団、及び、
    配列番号8の少なくとも約アミノ酸203〜736の予測アミノ酸配列をコードする核酸配列からの発現によって産生されるvp3、配列番号7の少なくともヌクレオチド607〜2211を含む配列から産生されるvp3タンパク質、または配列番号8の少なくとも約アミノ酸203〜736の予測アミノ酸配列をコードし配列番号7の少なくともヌクレオチド607〜2211と少なくとも70%同一である核酸配列から産生されるvp3タンパク質から選択されるAAVhu68 vp3タンパク質の異種集団
    を含み、
    任意に、前記AAVhu68がさらに、位置157のバリン及び任意選択の位置67のグルタミン酸を有することによって特徴付けられる、
    請求項5又は6に記載のrAAV。
  8. AAVが、患者の脊髄性筋萎縮症を治療するのに有用である、請求項1〜のいずれか1項に記載のアデノ随伴ウイルス(AAV)ベクター。
  9. 薬学的に許容できる担体、賦形剤及び/または保存剤、ならびに請求項1〜のいずれか1項に記載のAAVベクターを含む、医薬組成物。
  10. 脊髄性筋萎縮症の治療に用使用するための、請求項9に記載の医薬組成物。
  11. 前記組成物がクモ膜下腔内に投与される、請求項10に記載の組成物
  12. 前記組成物が哺乳動物に投与される、請求項10又は11に記載の組成物
  13. 前記組成物が、
    (i) 別の療法と組み合わせて投与されるか;
    (ii) 約1×10 10 〜約3×10 14 GC/g脳質量の投薬量で;任意に約5×10 13 GCの投薬量か又は約1.85×10 14 GCの投薬量で、投与されるか;及び/または、
    (iii) 1回より多く投与される、
    請求項10〜12のいずれかに記載の組成物
  14. 前記組成物が、7.2〜7.8のpHを有する水溶液の中に懸濁している、請求項9〜13のいずれか1項に記載の組成物
  15. 髄性筋萎縮症が、18歳未満の子供におけるか、または成人におけるものである、請求項9から14のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
