Description
(A) 12〜32質量%の結合剤、
(B) 0.5〜5質量%の補助結合剤、
(C) 4〜10質量%の固体潤滑剤、
(D) 0.5〜10質量%のグラフェン、
(E) 0.1〜2.0質量%の添加剤
を含み、且つ溶剤で100質量%に補充される。
(A) 70.2〜54.2質量%の結合剤、
(B) 2.9〜8.5質量%の補助結合剤、
(C) 23.4〜16.9質量%の固体潤滑剤、
(D) 2.9〜16.9質量%のグラフェン、および
(E) 0.6〜3.4質量%の添加剤。
(A) 12〜32質量%のPAI(用いられた分散液中の固形分)、
(B) 0.5〜5質量%のエポキシド、
(C) 4〜10質量%のPTFE微細粉末、
(D) 0.5〜10質量%のグラフェン、
(E) 0.1〜2.0質量%の湿潤剤およびレオロジー添加剤
を含み、溶剤で100質量%に補充される、被膜潤滑剤が特に好ましい。

・ 99.5%のC、厚さ2nm、幅1〜2μm、比表面積750m2/g;
・ 91%のC、残部のNおよびO; 機能化グラフェン、還元されたグラフェン酸化物; 厚さ約1〜4nmおよび幅1〜2μm、比表面積700〜800m2/g;
・ 96%を上回るC、厚さ3〜4nm、幅7μm(D90値)、比表面積300〜400m2/g。
参照と比較したナノインデンテーション法
例1aおよび1bによる被膜潤滑剤はナノ強化された塗料と同様の硬さである、
例2aおよび2bによる被膜潤滑剤はナノ強化された塗料よりも硬い。
Claims (12)
- グラフェン含有被膜潤滑剤であって、
(A) 12〜32質量%の結合剤、
(B) 0.5〜5質量%の補助結合剤、
(C) 4〜10質量%の固体潤滑剤、
(D) 0.5〜10質量%のグラフェン、
(E) 0.1〜2.0質量%の添加剤
を含み、溶剤で100質量%に補充される、前記グラフェン含有被膜潤滑剤。 - 前記結合剤が、少なくとも5000g/mol〜100000g/molのモル質量(Mw)を有するポリマーであり、且つポリアミドイミド(PAI)、ポリイミド(PI)、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン(PEEK)、ポリエーテルケトン(PEK)、ポリエーテルスルホン(PES)および/またはシリコーン樹脂またはそれらの混合物からなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載のグラフェン含有被膜潤滑剤。
- 結合剤として、10000〜30000g/molのモル質量(Mw)を有するポリアミドイミド(PAI)が用いられる、請求項1に記載のグラフェン含有被膜潤滑剤。
- 補助結合剤が、1000g/mol未満のモル質量(Mw)を有する分子化合物またはオリゴマー化合物であり、且つエポキシド、イソシアネート、ブロックドイソシアネートおよび/またはカルボジイミドからなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載のグラフェン含有被膜潤滑剤。
- 前記補助結合剤が、N,N,N’,N’−テトラグリシジル−4,4’−メチレンビスベンゼンアミン、平均モル質量700g/mol未満を有するビスフェノール−エピクロロヒドリン樹脂(Cas番号25068−38−6)、および平均モル質量約900g/molを有するビスフェノール−A−ジグリシジルエーテル−ビスフェノール−A−コポリマー(Cas番号25036−25−3)からなる群から選択される、請求項4に記載のグラフェン含有被膜潤滑剤。
- 前記固体潤滑剤が、ワックス、変性ワックス、PE、PP、PA、シリコーンワックス、PTFE、ポリフッ素化化合物、グラファイト、MoS2、窒化ホウ素(六方晶)、硫化スズ(IV)、硫化亜鉛(II)、二硫化タングステン、金属硫化物、リン酸カルシウム、ケイ酸塩および層状ケイ酸塩、タルクおよび/または雲母からなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載のグラフェン含有被膜潤滑剤。
- 前記固体潤滑剤がPTFEである、請求項1に記載のグラフェン含有被膜潤滑剤。
- グラフェンとして、100nmまでの厚さで20μmまでの幅を有するグラフェン小板、好ましくは1〜5nmの厚さおよび0.5〜10μmの幅を有するグラフェン小板が用いられる、請求項1に記載のグラフェン含有被膜潤滑剤。
- 前記グラフェンが、
99.5%のC、厚さ1〜4nm、幅1〜5μm、比表面積750m2/g、
91%のC、残部のNおよびO; 機能化グラフェン、還元されたグラフェン酸化物; 厚さ約1〜4nmおよび幅1〜5μm、比表面積700〜800m2/g
からなる群から選択される、請求項8に記載のグラフェン含有被膜潤滑剤。 - 前記添加剤が、湿潤剤、分散添加剤、消泡剤、脱気剤、流動剤、レオロジー添加剤、沈殿防止剤、摩耗防止剤、顔料および染料からなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載のグラフェン含有被膜潤滑剤。
- 硬化後に、
(A) 70.2〜54.2質量%の結合剤、
(B) 2.9〜8.5質量%の補助結合剤、
(C) 23.4〜16.9質量%の固体潤滑剤、
(D) 2.9〜16.9質量%のグラフェン、
(E) 0.6〜3.4質量%の添加剤
を含む、グラフェン含有被膜潤滑剤コーティング。 - 金属材料、複合材料、アルミニウム、アルミニウム合金、鋼材料、特殊鋼材料および鋳造材料、非鉄金属、プラスチックおよびポリマーをコーティングするための、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項に記載のグラフェン含有被膜潤滑剤の使用。
