Abstract

本发明公开了一种自润滑耐磨密封涂层,包括基层涂覆剂和石墨烯涂覆剂,所述基层涂覆剂包括改性酚醛树脂、环氧树脂、混合溶剂、助剂和辅料,所述混合溶剂为二甲苯和丁酮,助剂为消泡剂、抗流挂剂和成膜助剂,所述辅料包括硅微粉、硅藻页岩粉末和高岭土粉末,所述石墨烯涂覆剂包括石墨烯和PTFE粉体,按照如下工艺制备:将改性酚醛树脂、环氧树脂和混合溶剂混合,搅拌均匀后加入助剂发生反应,再加入辅料填充,调整粘度,得到液体A;将石墨烯和PTFE粉体充分混合,然后按照重量配比加入液体A进行充分混匀得到涂布剂。本发明在基层涂覆剂的耐磨密封基础上增设石墨烯和PTFE粉体大大增加油管的耐磨、密封和韧性,又有很好的耐油耐温性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及油管技术领域,具体来说,涉及一种自润滑耐磨密封涂层。
背景技术
目前,随着我国油田开采时间增加,油管的使用频率也大大增加,在油管的使用过程中容易发生磨耗、腐蚀泄露,严重影响石油的开采。
针对相关技术中的问题,目前尚未提出有效的解决方案。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种自润滑耐磨密封涂层,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种自润滑耐磨密封涂层,包括基层涂覆剂和石墨烯涂覆剂,所述基层涂覆剂包括改性酚醛树脂、环氧树脂、混合溶剂、助剂和辅料,所述混合溶剂为二甲苯和丁酮,助剂为消泡剂、抗流挂剂和成膜助剂,所述辅料包括硅微粉、硅藻页岩粉末和高岭土粉末,所述石墨烯涂覆剂包括石墨烯和PTFE粉体,按照如下工艺制备:
将改性酚醛树脂、环氧树脂和混合溶剂混合,搅拌均匀后加入助剂发生反应,再加入辅料填充,调整粘度,得到液体A;
将石墨烯和PTFE粉体充分混合,然后按照重量配比加入液体A进行充分混匀得到涂布剂。
进一步的,所述基层涂覆剂和石墨烯涂覆剂的重量之比为10:1-1.5。
进一步的,所述改性酚醛树脂、环氧树脂、混合溶剂、助剂和辅料的重量之比为50-60:3-5:5-8:1-3:1.5-2。
进一步的,所述消泡剂为聚二甲基硅氧烷,抗流挂剂为Dapro BEZ 75,成膜助剂为丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯。
进一步的,所述硅微粉、硅藻页岩粉末和高岭土粉末均为过100目筛的粉末。
进一步的,所述自润滑耐磨密封涂层在喷涂时将涂布剂均匀喷涂到油管上,然后送入到加热炉内高温加热,涂层固化交联,形成致密保护层。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明提供的一种自润滑耐磨密封涂层在基层涂覆剂的耐磨密封基础上增设石墨烯和PTFE粉体大大增加油管的耐磨、密封和韧性,又有很好的耐油耐温性能。

下面,结合具体实施方式,对本发明做出进一步的描述:
根据本发明实施例的一种自润滑耐磨密封涂层,包括基层涂覆剂和石墨烯涂覆剂,所述基层涂覆剂包括改性酚醛树脂、环氧树脂、混合溶剂、助剂和辅料,所述混合溶剂为二甲苯和丁酮,助剂为消泡剂、抗流挂剂和成膜助剂,所述辅料包括硅微粉、硅藻页岩粉末和高岭土粉末,所述石墨烯涂覆剂包括石墨烯和PTFE粉体,基层涂覆剂和石墨烯涂覆剂的重量之比为10:1.5,改性酚醛树脂、环氧树脂、混合溶剂、助剂和辅料的重量之比为50:5:5:1:1.5,按照如下工艺制备:
将硅微粉、硅藻页岩粉末和高岭土粉末放入球星研磨机进行研磨,过100目筛,将改性酚醛树脂、环氧树脂和混合溶剂混合,搅拌均匀后加入助剂发生反应,再加入辅料填充,调整粘度,得到液体A;
将石墨烯和PTFE粉体充分混合,然后按照重量配比加入液体A进行充分混匀得到涂布剂;
在喷涂时将涂布剂均匀喷涂到油管上,然后送入到加热炉内高温加热,涂层固化交联,形成致密保护层,石墨烯涂覆层利用高强韧石墨烯复合大量的超细PTFE粉体组成,通过“共混效应”,“取长补短”等方法,石墨烯的片层之间含有大量的活性基团(如羟基、羧基等)激发其活性,使其良好融合在基体材料中,涂层硬度超过4H(铅笔硬度),低摩擦系数,耐磨耐刮性能优异,又有很好的耐油耐温性能等。

Claims (6)

1.一种自润滑耐磨密封涂层,其特征在于,包括基层涂覆剂和石墨烯涂覆剂,所述基层涂覆剂包括改性酚醛树脂、环氧树脂、混合溶剂、助剂和辅料,所述混合溶剂为二甲苯和丁酮,助剂为消泡剂、抗流挂剂和成膜助剂,所述辅料包括硅微粉、硅藻页岩粉末和高岭土粉末,所述石墨烯涂覆剂包括石墨烯和PTFE粉体,按照如下工艺制备:
将改性酚醛树脂、环氧树脂和混合溶剂混合,搅拌均匀后加入助剂发生反应,再加入辅料填充,调整粘度,得到液体A;
将石墨烯和PTFE粉体充分混合,然后按照重量配比加入液体A进行充分混匀得到涂布剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种自润滑耐磨密封涂层,其特征在于,所述基层涂覆剂和石墨烯涂覆剂的重量之比为10:1-1.5。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种自润滑耐磨密封涂层,其特征在于,所述改性酚醛树脂、环氧树脂、混合溶剂、助剂和辅料的重量之比为50-60:3-5:5-8:1-3:1.5-2。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种自润滑耐磨密封涂层,其特征在于,所述消泡剂为聚二甲基硅氧烷,抗流挂剂为Dapro BEZ 75,成膜助剂为丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种自润滑耐磨密封涂层,其特征在于,所述硅微粉、硅藻页岩粉末和高岭土粉末均为过100目筛的粉末。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种自润滑耐磨密封涂层,其特征在于,所述自润滑耐磨密封涂层在喷涂时将涂布剂均匀喷涂到油管上,然后送入到加热炉内高温加热,涂层固化交联,形成致密保护层。
