Claims (9)
- ミキサーであって、
出口開口部を備えた混合容器を有し、
閉鎖カバーを有し、前記閉鎖カバーが前記出口開口部を閉鎖する閉鎖された位置と、前記閉鎖カバーが前記出口開口部を解放するので、混合物が前記出口開口部を介して前記混合容器から取り出すことができる、開放された位置との間で、前記閉鎖カバーが双方向移動することができ、
前記閉鎖開口部、及び/又は、前記混合容器の外部に配置された混合物流出部を清掃するための、少なくとも1つのクリーニングノズルを有し、かつ
前記少なくとも1つのクリーニングノズルへ洗浄液を供給するための液体供給部を有する、
ものにおいて、
前記少なくとも1つのクリーニングノズルが前記閉鎖カバーに固定されているので、該クリーニングノズルが前記閉鎖カバーと共に移動することができる、ことを特徴とするミキサー。 - 前記閉鎖カバーが揺動アームを有し、前記揺動アームが揺動軸を中心に回転可能に軸承されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のミキサー。
- 前記液体供給部が、前記揺動軸を通って延びている、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のミキサー。
- 前記ミキサーが、流出部壁を備えた混合物流出部を有し、前記混合物流出部が前記閉鎖開口部を少なくとも部分的に包囲している、ことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のミキサー。
- 多数のクリーニングノズルが設けられており、前記クリーニングノズルが前記閉鎖カバーに固定されており、前記クリーニングノズルが好ましくは、駆動中に拡幅するスプレイビーム形状を示すように、形成されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のミキサー。
- 前記多数のクリーニングノズルが、一緒になって配置の中心点を取り巻く部分リング形状又はリング形状のスプレイ面を発生させるように、配置されている、ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のミキサー。
- 少なくとも1つのクリーニングノズルが、前記揺動アーム及び/又は前記揺動軸の方向に方向づけされている、ことを特徴とする請求項5又は6に記載のミキサー。
- 前記クリーニングノズルが、前記閉鎖カバーに対して線形に移動可能、揺動可能又は回転可能である、ことを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載のミキサー。
- 出口開口部と、該出口開口部に対して移動可能な閉鎖カバーとを有するミキサーの出口領域及び/又は混合物流出部を清掃する方法であって、
A)閉鎖カバー又は揺動アームに少なくとも1つのクリーニングノズルを配置するステップと、
B)クリーニングノズルへ洗浄液を供給するステップと、
C)閉鎖カバーを出口開口部に対して移動させるステップと、
を含む、方法。
