Claims (9)
- 特に自動車用の制御装置の構造においてフレキシブルプリント基板(10)に設けられたコンタクト面(18)を前記フレキシブルプリント基板(10)以外の金属コンタクト(20)に接触接続するための方法であって、
前記フレキシブルプリント基板(10)を、プレスフィットピン(30)を収容するための、伝導性の材料(44,48)を含む内側の表面を備えたスリーブを有する付設片(24,42,46,50)に機械的に連結し、または前記フレキシブルプリント基板(10)が付設片(24,50)によって形成されており、
前記伝導性の材料を前記コンタクト面(18)に電気的に接続し、
プレスフィットピン(30)を、前記金属コンタクトの範囲内に、または前記金属コンタクトに設けられた導通路と前記スリーブとを通して案内する
ことを特徴とする、方法。 - 前記付設片(24,42)を、前記フレキシブルプリント基板に設けられた貫通路の領域で前記フレキシブルプリント基板にろう接し、前記プレスフィットピン(30)を前記貫通路と前記付設片(24,42)とを通して案内することを特徴とする、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記付設片は、好ましくは銅スリーブ(24)である金属スリーブであるかまたは金属スリーブを有していることを特徴とする、請求項2記載の方法。
- 前記付設片は、リジッドプリント基板用の支持体(42)を含んでおり、該支持体(42)に、前記スリーブを形成するためのビア(44)が形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項2記載の方法。
- スリーブを備えた前記付設片(46)を、前記フレキシブルプリント基板に設けられた貫通路(37)の領域で前記フレキシブルプリント基板(10)にラミネートし、ラミネート後、金属コーティング(48)を被着することを特徴とする、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記付設片(46)は、少なくとも一種類の高温熱可塑性樹脂、例えば部分芳香族ポリアミド、ポリフェニレンスルフィド、ポリエステルスルホンを含む材料および/または少なくとも一種類の熱硬化性樹脂、例えばフェノール樹脂またはエポキシ樹脂を含む材料から成っていることを特徴とする、請求項5記載の方法。
- 圧着片(50)であって、少なくとも1つの圧着金属薄板(58,60)を含む舌片を有する第1の領域(51)と、プレスフィットピン(30)を収容するための貫通路(56)を有する第2の領域(54)とを備えた圧着片(50)。
- 第1にフレキシブルプリント基板(10)と、第2に金属コンタクト(20)、特に打抜き金属薄板(20)の金属コンタクトとの接続部であって、該接続部の一部としてのプレスフィットピン(30)によって提供される接続部。
- 請求項8記載の接続部を有する、特に自動車用の制御装置。
