図1から図12を参照して、実施形態について説明する。本実施形態は、端子付き電線に関する。図1は、実施形態の圧着端子および電線を示す斜視図、図2は、実施形態に係る電線の断面図、図3は、実施形態に係る端子圧着装置の断面図、図4は、実施形態の端子圧着装置において上型が下死点にあるときの正面図、図5は、実施形態に係る端子付き電線において樹脂が塗布される前の平面図、図6は、実施形態に係る端子付き電線の芯線圧着部の断面図、図7は、実施形態に係る端子付き電線の被覆圧着部の断面図、図8は、実施形態の樹脂塗布範囲を示す平面図、図9は、実施形態に係る端子付き電線の平面図、図10は、実施形態に係る端子付き電線の縦断面図、図11は、実施形態に係る端子付き電線の横断面図である。

実施形態の変形例について説明する。被覆圧着部13の圧着形状は、上記実施形態で例示した形状には限定されない。被覆圧着部13は、Dクリンプと称される形状で圧着されてもよい。Dクリンプでは、被覆圧着部13の断面形状がD字形状となる。被覆圧着部13の底壁部31は平坦であり、第一加締め片32および第二加締め片33は、上記実施形態と同様の形状で圧着される。

Claims (4)
- 芯線と、前記芯線の端部を露出させて前記芯線を覆っている被覆と、を有する電線と、
前記芯線に対して圧着された芯線圧着部と、前記被覆に対して圧着された被覆圧着部と、を有する圧着端子と、
前記芯線の先端から前記被覆圧着部の側面までを一体に覆い、前記芯線を外部空間から遮蔽する樹脂と、
を備え、
前記被覆圧着部は、底壁部と、前記底壁部における幅方向の一端から延出している第一加締め片と、前記底壁部における幅方向の他端から延出している第二加締め片と、を有し、
前記被覆圧着部は、前記底壁部、前記第一加締め片、および前記第二加締め片がそれぞれ前記被覆に密着し、かつ前記第一加締め片の先端面と前記第二加締め片の先端面とを周方向において互いに対向させて前記被覆に圧着されており、
前記樹脂は、前記第一加締め片の先端面と前記第二加締め片の先端面とが対向している対向部を前記芯線圧着部の側から塞いでいる
ことを特徴とする端子付き電線。 - 前記被覆圧着部は、全周にわたって前記被覆を半径方向の内側に向けて圧縮している
請求項1に記載の端子付き電線。 - 前記樹脂は、前記圧着端子の高さ方向に沿って前記対向部の下端から上端までを塞いでいる
請求項1または2に記載の端子付き電線。 - 前記被覆圧着部における端子高さをCHとし、前記被覆圧着部における端子幅をCWとし、前記電線の仕上外径をDとし、前記被覆圧着部の板厚をtとした場合に、下記式(1)および下記式(2)を満たす請求項1から3の何れか1項に記載の端子付き電線。
