技术领域
本发明涉及一种压接端子与电线的连接结构,其利用压接端子的紧固片将电线的芯线紧固从而连接。
背景技术
专利文献日本特开2009-295352号公报公开了一种压接端子,其具备一对芯线筒,该一对芯线筒被紧固压接于由在电线的末端从绝缘覆皮露出的多个线材构成的芯线。
发明内容
发明欲解决的技术问题
所述压接端子的一对芯线筒形成为以突出量从电接触部侧的前端向后端增加的方式倾斜,成为能够使该芯线筒的施加于芯线的压缩载荷在后端侧比在芯线筒的该电接触部侧的前端减少的形状。
然而,在所述压接端子与电线的连接结构中,由于芯线筒成为使施加于芯线的压缩载荷在后端侧比在电接触部侧的前端减少的形状,因此从芯线筒到电线的端部的结构大型化。
本发明的目的在于提供一种压接端子与电线的连接结构,能够在电线的芯线与压接端子的压接连接时抑制电线的端部的变形而使压接周边部分小型化。
用于解决问题的技术手段
实施方式所涉及的压接端子与电线的连接结构具有:电线,所述电线具有芯线和覆盖所述芯线的绝缘覆皮;压接端子,所述压接端子压接于在所述电线的末端从所述绝缘覆皮露出的所述芯线;以及切削部,所述切削部在露出的所述芯线中形成于压接方向。
露出的所述芯线的所述切削部可以是对所述芯线的所述压接方向上的一侧切削而成。
露出的所述芯线的所述切削部可以形成为截面呈半圆形状。
所述压接端子的紧固片可以紧固压接于露出的所述芯线的所述切削部侧。
发明效果
根据上述结构,能够提供在电线的芯线与压接端子的压接连接时能够抑制电线的端部的变形而使压接周边部分小型化的压接端子与电线的连接结构。

具体实施方式
以下,使用附图对本发明的实施方式所涉及的压接端子与电线的连接结构进行详细说明。
如图1、图2、图5所示,压接端子10与电线20的连接结构1具备:电线20,其具有芯线22和覆盖芯线22的绝缘覆皮21;芯线22,其在电线20的端部20a从绝缘覆皮21露出;以及压接端子10,其压接于露出的芯线22。另外,图5中的附图标记X表示压接方向(垂直方向),附图标记Y表示芯线22的轴向(水平方向),附图标记Z表示前后方向(宽度方向)。
如图1、图5所示,压接端子10通过对铜或铜合金等导电性金属板进行冲压加工而形成。压接端子10具备矩形板状的电连接部11和从电连接部11的基端11a的前后方向的两侧向压接方向的上方立起的一对紧固片12、12。压接端子10的一对紧固片12、12利用未图示的砧座和压接器被紧固于在电线20的端部20a处从绝缘覆皮21露出的芯线22的切削部23侧,从而压接连接于芯线22。
如图1、图2、图5所示,电线20在其末端将绝缘覆皮21剥皮而形成端部20a,使芯线22露出。芯线22是由多根线材22a构成的导体,由铜或铜合金或者铝或铝合金等导电性材料形成。
从电线20的绝缘覆皮21露出的芯线22在压接方向上具有切削部23。切削部23通过对压接方向上的一侧(在与压接端子10压接连接时与压接端子10对置的一侧的相反侧,即图5中的压接方向上方侧)进行切削加工而形成为截面呈半圆形状。通过在电线20的芯线22形成切削部23,芯线22的压接方向上的高度(厚度)变小。而且,如图1、图2、图5所示,利用压接端子10的一对紧固片12、12进行紧固加工而使压接端子10与电线20的芯线22被压接。在压接连接于压接端子10的电线20的端部20a侧的位置,嵌入有由橡胶制的圆环板状的防水栓30。
以上,根据实施方式的压接端子10与电线20的连接结构1,对从电线20的绝缘覆皮21露出的芯线22的压接方向上的一侧进行切削加工而形成切削部23,在使芯线22的压接方向的直径(厚度)尺寸减小的状态下利用压接端子10的紧固片12进行压接。通过仅将构成芯线22的一部分的线材22a压接连接于压接端子10,从而能够在电线20的露出的芯线22与压接端子10的压接连接时抑制该电线20的端部20a的扁平化(变形),能够将防水栓30嵌入电线20的端部20a侧的位置。
这样,能够在从电线20的端部20a露出的芯线22与压接端子10的压接连接时抑制电线20的端部20a的扁平化,因此能够使包含防水栓30在内的电线20的端部20a与压接端子10的压接周边部分小型化。
另外,通过在压接方向上对芯线22的切削部23进行切削,并形成为截面呈半圆形状,从而在对压接端子10的紧固片12和电线20的芯线22进行紧固时,能够简单地紧固连接。
以上,对本实施方式进行了说明,但本实施方式并不限定于此,能够在本实施方式的主旨的范围内进行各种变形。
即,根据上述实施方式,将从电线的绝缘覆皮露出的芯线切削加工成半圆形状而形成切削部,但也可以通过对构成芯线的多个线材中的位于外周的多个线材进行切削加工,从而形成直径比芯线的直径小的切削部。
另外,根据上述实施方式,在电线的端部侧嵌入防水栓作为橡胶制的部件,但橡胶制的部件不限于防水栓,也可以是保护部件、保持部件等。

1.一种压接端子与电线的连接结构,其特征在于,具有:
电线,所述电线具有芯线和覆盖所述芯线的绝缘覆皮;
压接端子,所述压接端子压接于在所述电线的末端从所述绝缘覆皮露出的所述芯线;以及
切削部,所述切削部在露出的所述芯线中形成于压接方向。
2.如权利要求1所述的压接端子与电线的连接结构,其特征在于,
露出的所述芯线的所述切削部是对所述芯线的所述压接方向上的一侧切削而成。
3.如权利要求2所述的压接端子与电线的连接结构,其特征在于,
露出的所述芯线的所述切削部形成为截面呈半圆形状。
4.如权利要求2或3所述的压接端子与电线的连接结构,其特征在于,
所述压接端子的紧固片紧固压接于露出的所述芯线的所述切削部侧。
