Abstract
【解決手段】駆動装置4は、変速機ケース5内に、前進用出力軸12を挟んでディファレンシャル装置15と反対側に収容されたキャッチタンク48を備える。キャッチタンク48は、ディファレンシャル装置15のファイナルドリブンギヤ15Aによって掻き上げられたオイルが導入される上部オイル導入口48Aと、上部オイル導入口48Aから導入されてその内部に貯留されたオイルが排出される下部オイル排出口48Bと、が形成された本体部48Cを備える。また、キャッチタンク48は、変速機ケース5の上面を形成する上壁7Eの内面に沿い、上部オイル導入口48Aから前進用出力軸12の上方を通ってディファレンシャル装置15の上方に延びる延出部48Dを有する。

Claims (6)
- 動力源から動力が伝達される回転軸と、前記回転軸から動力が伝達されるディファレンシャル装置が収容され、底部にオイルが貯留される変速機ケースと、
前記変速機ケース内の、前記回転軸を挟んで前記ディファレンシャル装置と反対側に収容されたキャッチタンクと、を備えた車両用駆動装置であって、
前記キャッチタンクは、
前記ディファレンシャル装置によって掻き上げられたオイルが導入される上部オイル導入口と、前記上部オイル導入口から導入されてその内部に貯留されたオイルが排出される下部オイル排出口と、が形成された本体部と、
前記変速機ケースの上面を形成する上壁の内面に沿い、前記上部オイル導入口から前記回転軸の上方を通って前記ディファレンシャル装置の上方に延びる延出部と、を有することを特徴とする車両用駆動装置。 - 前記回転軸を第1の回転軸とした場合、
前記延出部の上方であって前記第1の回転軸と前記キャッチタンクとの間に、前記第1の回転軸に動力を伝達する第2の回転軸が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用駆動装置。 - 前記変速機ケース内の、前記上壁と前記延出部との間に、動力伝達経路を切り替えて変速段を変更するシフタシャフトが前記回転軸と平行に配置され、
前記延出部は、下方に窪む凹部を前記シフタシャフトの下方の位置に有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の車両用駆動装置。 - 前記変速機ケースは、前記上部オイル導入口の前記回転軸とは反対側の端部の上方に、前記上壁から下方に突出する突出部を有することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の車両用駆動装置。
- 前記変速機ケースは、前記シフタシャフトを保持するシフタシャフト保持部を有し、
上下方向で、前記シフタシャフト保持部の上端よりも下方に前記突出部を突出させていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の車両用駆動装置。 - 前記凹部の底部にオイルを下方に排出する切欠きが形成され、
前記変速機ケースは、前記延出部の前記凹部の下方に、前記回転軸の軸受を保持する軸受保持部を有し、
前記軸受保持部は、前記切欠きから落下したオイルを前記軸受に導くオイル導入溝を有することを特徴とする請求項3から請求項5の何れか1項に記載の車両用駆動装置。
