Abstract
Description

Claims (16)
- レンズ(1)のコバ(14)にラッカーコバ塗膜(16)を形成するためのラッカーシステムの使用であって、
該ラッカーシステムは、少なくとも1種の第一成分及び1種の第二成分を含み、0.7〜1.4μmの範囲の波長の光の照射によって硬化させることができ、
上記第一成分は、エポキシ樹脂、アクリル樹脂及びそれらの混合物からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の樹脂成分と、有機溶剤の形態である少なくとも1種の希釈剤と、少なくとも1種以上の充填剤とを含み、
上記第一成分中における少なくとも1種のエポキシ樹脂及び/又は少なくとも1種のアクリル樹脂の含有量は、上記第一成分の全重量に対して20〜65重量%であり、
上記希釈剤の含有量は、上記第一成分の全重量に対して5〜70重量%であり、
上記充填剤の含有量は、上記第一成分の全重量に対して2重量%以上であり、
上記第二成分は、脂肪族イソシアネート、芳香族イソシアネート、アミノ基含有化合物及びそれらの混合物からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の架橋剤を含む、使用。 - 上記第一及び/又は第二成分は、上記充填剤として少なくとも1種の黒色充填剤、特にカーボンブラックを含む、請求項1に記載の使用。
- 上記第一及び/又は第二成分は、少なくとも1種の白色充填剤、特にシリカ及び/又は硫酸バリウムを含む、請求項1又は2に記載の使用。
- 上記第一成分は、上記樹脂成分としてエポキシ樹脂を含む、請求項1〜3の少なくとも一項に記載の使用。
- 上記第一成分中に芳香族溶剤が含まれておらず、上記第一成分中の上記希釈剤は少なくとも1種のエステルを含む、請求項1〜4の少なくとも一項に記載の使用。
- 上記第一成分は少なくとも1種の酸基含有ポリマーを含む、請求項1〜5の少なくとも一項に記載の使用。
- 上記ラッカーシステムの動的粘度は25℃で300〜3000mPa・sである、請求項1〜6の少なくとも一項に記載の使用。
- レンズ(1)のコバ(14)を被覆する方法であって、
工程(A):被覆対象のレンズのコバにラッカーシステムを塗布する工程であって、上記ラッカーシステムは請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の使用のためのラッカーシステムである、工程;及び
工程(B):0.7μm〜1.4μmの範囲の波長の光の照射によって上記ラッカーシステムを硬化させる工程
を有する方法。 - 上記工程(B)における上記照射は30分未満の時間行われる、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 上記工程(A)において、上記ラッカーシステムは1〜50μmの層厚で塗布される、請求項8又は9に記載の方法。
- 硬化前に上記ラッカーシステムの層厚測定が行われる、請求項8〜10の少なくとも一項に記載の方法。
- 上記工程(B)において、上記照射は、光の最大波長が0.7〜1.4μmの範囲である少なくとも1つのNIR照射装置により行われる、請求項8〜11の少なくとも一項に記載の方法。
- 0.7〜1.4μmの範囲の波長の光を照射する間、上記レンズは冷却される、請求項8〜12の少なくとも一項に記載の方法。
- 上記工程(B)を行う間、上記レンズは、0.7μm〜1.4μmの範囲の波長の光を発する光源に対して回転される、請求項8〜13の少なくとも一項に記載の方法。
- 上記工程(B)において、上記照射はパルス状に行われる、請求項8〜14の少なくとも一項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜7の少なくとも一項に記載のラッカーシステムの使用により得られる、及び/又は請求項8〜15の少なくとも一項に記載の方法により得られるラッカーコバ塗膜(16)を有するレンズ(1)。
