Claims (8)
- ブレーキばねを固定するためのブレーキばねの固定装置であって、
フランジ;
前記フランジに配置され、ブレーキピストンを弾性支持するブレーキばね;及び
前記ブレーキばねを前記フランジに結合させるガイドホルダ;
を含み、
前記ガイドホルダには、概ね内径が上広下狭のテーパ形状に形成される溝部が配置され、前記溝部の内周面には、半径方向内側に突出する少なくとも1つの突起部が設けられる、ブレーキばねの固定装置。 - 前記ブレーキばねは、コイルばねを含み、前記溝部の内側に収容された状態で、少なくとも一部の領域が前記突起部に係合することで、上下方向の移動が制限される、請求項1に記載のブレーキばねの固定装置。
- 前記溝部は、下端部の少なくとも一部区間の内周面が垂直に配置される垂直区間を含み、前記突起部は、前記垂直区間に設けられる、請求項1に記載のブレーキばねの固定装置。
- 前記溝部は、横断面が円形状である、請求項1に記載のブレーキばねの固定装置。
- 前記溝部は、横断面が四角形状又は六角形状に形成される、請求項1に記載のブレーキばねの固定装置。
- 前記ブレーキばねは、前記溝部の形状と対応するように上広下狭の形状に形成される、請求項2に記載のブレーキばねの固定装置。
- 前記ブレーキばねは、円筒形状に形成される、請求項3に記載のブレーキばねの固定装置。
- 前記フランジには、前記ガイドホルダが収容されるリング形状のホルダ溝が形成され、前記ガイドホルダの周りに沿って少なくとも2つ以上の結合部が設けられ、前記結合部が前記ホルダ溝に嵌入結合される、請求項1に記載のブレーキばねの固定装置。
