Claims (7)
- ソレノイドを有する燃料噴射弁を駆動する燃料噴射弁駆動装置であって、
バッテリ電力を昇圧する昇圧回路と前記ソレノイドの一端との間に配置される第1スイッチング素子と、
バッテリと前記ソレノイドの一端との間に配置される第2スイッチング素子と、
前記ソレノイドの他端とグランドとの間に配置される第3スイッチング素子と、
前記ソレノイドの一端とグランドとの間に配置される第4スイッチング素子と、
前記第1スイッチング素子、前記第2スイッチング素子、前記第3スイッチング素子及び前記第4スイッチング素子の開閉状態を制御する制御部とを備え、
前記制御部は、前記燃料噴射弁の閉弁を検出する閉弁検知期間に前記第4スイッチング素子を開状態とすると共に、前記ソレノイドの他端の電圧変化に基づいて前記燃料噴射弁の閉弁を検知する
ことを特徴とする燃料噴射弁駆動装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記第1スイッチング素子及び前記第2スイッチング素子が閉状態となったことを検出した後に、前記第4スイッチング素子を閉状態から開状態とすることを特徴とする請求項1記載の燃料噴射弁駆動装置。
- 前記制御部が、前記第4スイッチング素子を開状態から閉状態となったことを検出した後に、上記第1スイッチング素子または、上記第2スイッチング素子を閉状態から開状態とする
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の燃料噴射弁駆動装置。 - 前記第4スイッチング素子が電界効果トランジスタであり、前記制御部が、前記第4スイッチング素子のゲート電圧に基づいて前記第4スイッチング素子が閉状態となったことを検出する
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3いずれか一項に記載の燃料噴射弁駆動装置。 - 前記第1スイッチング素子と前記第2スイッチング素子と共通に接続されたソレノイド側の配線の電圧に基づいて上記第1スイッチング素子及び上記第2スイッチング素子が閉状態となったことを検出する
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜4いずれか一項に記載の燃料噴射弁駆動装置。 - 前記第1スイッチング素子及び上記第2スイッチング素子が電界効果トランジスタであり、前記制御部が、前記第1スイッチング素子のゲート端子と上記第2スイッチング素子のゲート端子とに接続された配線の電圧に基づいて前記第1スイッチング素子あるいは前記第2スイッチング素子が閉状態となったことを検出する
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜4いずれか一項に記載の燃料噴射弁駆動装置。 - 前記第1スイッチング素子のソース端子と前記第2スイッチング素子のソース端子との接続箇所と、前記ソレノイドの一端と前記第4スイッチング素子のドレイン端子との接続箇所との間に配置された過電流検知用抵抗器を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜6いずれか一項に記載の燃料噴射弁駆動装置。
