本発明の一実施形態にかかる数値制御装置は、前記ドウェル算出部は、指令に対する工具位置の遅れに相当する時間を前記ドウェル時間に加算することを特徴とする。
本発明の一実施形態にかかる数値制御装置は、前記規定回転量は、プログラム指令又はパラメータにより指定されることを特徴とする。
指令フォーマット例:

Z:穴底
R:基準点
F:切削送り速度
P:ドウェル回転量(規定回転量)
指令例:アブソリュート指令および毎分送りの場合

Claims (3)
- 主軸を回転させながら送り動作を行い、所定の穴底位置において所定のドウェル時間にわたり前記主軸の前記送り動作を停止させた後、前記主軸を後退させることにより穴あけ加工を行う穴あけ加工機の数値制御装置であって、
前記穴底位置における規定回転量の指定を受けて、前記規定回転量に基づき前記ドウェル時間を計算するドウェル算出部を有することを特徴とする
数値制御装置。 - 前記ドウェル算出部は、指令に対する工具位置の遅れに相当する時間を前記ドウェル時間に加算することを特徴とする
