Abstract
Description
(I)接着剤の少なくとも一つの層を、前記第一の平坦要素のフランジ上に施与するステップ;
(II)前記第一の平坦要素のフランジを、前記第二の平坦要素のフランジ周りで折り返すステップ;
を含む方法、並びにこの方法によって得ることができる折り畳み接合、接着剤でシーリングされた折り畳み接合の形成のための接着テープの使用、及びシーリングされた折り畳み接合の形成のための両面接着テープに関する。
a)二つの基材を供し、ここで、これらの間には、接合を付与すべき間隔が存在しているステップ;
b)個別の熱溶融性で熱硬化性の材料を前記間隔の付近に直接供給するステップ;
c)前記材料が該規定領域または間隔中に流入し、これらを充填し及び硬化するように前記材料を加熱して、前記基材を接合させ、ここで前記材料は、好ましくはロッドの形態で供給されるステップ。この場合の欠点は、接着継ぎ目中への流入の前に材料を溶融させるための高い支出、手間である。また、接着継ぎ目が完全に充填されず、含有空気が残るリスクもある。
(I)第二の平坦要素(2)のフランジ(20)の端部(23)が、第一の平坦要素(1)のフランジ(10)の端部(13)に対して間隔(A)だけ引っ込んで配置されるように、第二の平坦要素のフランジ(20)を、第一の平坦要素(1)のフランジ(10)上に、接着剤(30)の少なくとも一つの層を用いて接着するステップ;
(II)前記第一の平坦要素(1)のフランジ(10)を、前記第二の平坦要素(2)のフランジ(20)周りに折り返すステップ;
を含み、
前記ステップ(II)の後に、接着剤(30)の一部(31)が、第一の平坦要素(1)のフランジ(10)の間隔(a)だけ折り返した縁から張り出しており、
少なくとも接着剤部分(31)の領域(以下では、「接着剤(30)の張り出し部分(32)または「張り出し接着剤部分(32)」とも称する)では、フランジ(20)に隣接する接着剤(30)の表面(32)は、折り返した縁の内側に存在する接着剤(30)の隣接表面(33)よりも粘着性が低く、
この際、ステップ(III)において、
ステップ(II)の折り返しの後に、接着剤部分(31)を、第一の平坦要素(1)の第一のフランジ(10)の縁(13)周りに巻き、そして第一の平坦要素(1)のフランジ(10)の第二の面(12)上に接着し、
そうして、折り畳み接合の形成の後に、前記第一の面(11)上の接着剤は、前記第一の平坦要素(1)のフランジ(10)の第二の面(12)上の接着剤と共に、前記第一の平坦要素のフランジ(10)の縁(13)を覆う連続的な層をフランジ(10)の縁(13)のところに形成するようにする、方法に関する。
(I)接着剤(30)の少なくとも一つの層を、前記第一の平坦要素のフランジ(10)上に施与するステップ;
(II)前記第一の平坦要素(1)のフランジ(10)を、前記第二の平坦要素(2)のフランジ(20)周りで折り返すステップ、
を含む方法である。
Claims (16)
- 折り畳み継ぎの外側にくる第一の平坦要素(1)と折り畳み継ぎの内側にくる第二の平坦要素との間に接着剤を用いてシーリングされた折り畳み接合を形成するにあたり、前記第一の平坦要素(1)のフランジ(10)は第二の平坦要素(2)のフランジ(20)を挟んで折り返され、前記第一の平坦要素のフランジ(10)は第一の面(11)及び第二の面(12)を有し、及び第二の平坦要素(2)のフランジ(20)は第一の面(21)及び第二の面(22)を有する方法において、次のステップ:
(I)第二の平坦要素(2)のフランジ(20)の端部(23)が、第一の平坦要素(1)のフランジ(10)の端部(13)に対して間隔(A)だけ引っ込んで配置されるように、第二の平坦要素のフランジ(20)を、第一の平坦要素(1)のフランジ(10)上に、接着剤(30)の少なくとも一つの層を用いて接着するステップ;
(II)前記第一の平坦要素(1)のフランジ(10)を、前記第二の平坦要素(2)のフランジ(20)周りで折り返すステップ;
を含む方法であって、
前記ステップ(II)の折り返しの後に、接着剤(30)の一部(31)が、第一の平坦要素(1)のフランジ(10)の間隔(a)だけ折り返した縁から張り出しており、
この際、少なくとも接着剤部分(31)の領域において、フランジ(20)に接する、接着剤(30)の表面(32)は、折り返し縁内部の内側にある接着剤(30)の隣接する表面(33)よりも弱接着性であり、
この際、ステップ(III)において、
ステップ(II)の折り返しの後に、接着剤部分(31)を、第一の平坦要素(1)の第一のフランジ(10)の縁(13)周りに巻き、そして第一の平坦要素(1)のフランジ(10)の第二の面(12)上に接着し、
そうして、折り畳み接合の形成の後に、前記第一の面(11)上の接着剤は、前記第一の平坦要素(1)のフランジ(10)の第二の面(12)上の接着剤と共に、前記第一の平坦要素のフランジ(10)の縁(13)を覆う連続的な層をフランジ(10)の縁(13)のところに形成するようにすることを特徴とする、前記方法。 - ステップ(I)において、接着剤(30)を、先ず、折り畳み接合の内側にある、第一の平坦要素(1)のフランジ(10)の第一の面(11)上に施与し、但し、接着剤(30)の一部(31)が、第一の平坦要素(1)のフランジ(10)の縁(13)から間隔(a)だけ張り出すようにし、この際、少なくとも感圧接着剤部分(31)の領域において、フランジ(10)とは反対側の接着剤(30)の表面(32)は、感圧接着剤部分(31)の領域内になくかつフランジ(10)とは反対側にある、隣接する感圧接着剤(30)の表面(33)よりも弱接着性であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ステップ(I)において、先ず接着剤30をフランジ(20)の端部(23)の周りに接着し、ここで、接着剤(30)の一部が、第二の平坦要素(2)のフランジ(20)の第二の面(22)上に接着し、及び接着剤の一部が、第二の平坦要素(1)のフランジ(20)の第一の面(21)上に接着するようにし、但しこの際、第二の平坦要素(1)のフランジ(20)の第一の面(21)に対して、長さ(a)を有する接着剤(30)の部分片(31)が、隣接する接着剤よりも弱く付着しているかまたは付着していないことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 接着剤部分(31)の領域における、フランジ(20)に接している接着剤(30)の表面(32)上の比較的低い接着性が、接着剤表面の化学的もしくは物理的失活、特に被毒化、被覆または照射によって行われることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 接着剤部分(31)の領域における、フランジ(20)に接している接着剤(30)の表面(32)が本質的に非接着性であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 前記接着剤が、活性化可能な接着剤であり、そして前記接着剤が、折り畳み接合の形成のために更なるステップ(IV)において活性化されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記接着剤が接着テープとして施与されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 前記接着テープが単層型であることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記接着テープに、少なくとも部分的にキャリア材料が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記キャリア材料が、接着剤の活性化温度未満の軟化温度を有することを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記接着剤(30)が、感圧接着剤、ホットメルト接着剤、活性化可能な接着剤または活性化可能な感圧接着剤であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 前記接着剤(30)が膨張可能な接着剤であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 前記接着剤(30)の膨張が、ステップ(IV)における活性化と並行してまたは更なるステップ(V)において行われることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜13のいずれか一つに記載の方法に従い得ることができる折り畳み接合。
- 請求項1〜13のいずれか一つに記載の方法に従う接着剤でシーリングされた折り畳み接合の形成のための、接着テープの使用。
- 自動車の構成、特に車体の製造において折り畳み接合を形成するための、請求項15に記載の使用。
