Abstract
Description
なお、自在継手の製造装置の構成は、上記実施の形態で説明された構成に限定されない。そこで、以下に、自在継手の製造装置についての変形例を上記実施の形態との差分を中心に説明する。以降の説明では、上記実施の形態または他の変形例と同一部分については同一の符号を付してその説明を省略する場合がある。
図11は、変形例1に係る自在継手の製造装置500Aの要部構成を示す説明図である。図11では、十字軸130以外の部材を断面図で図示している。これは図12、図13においても同様である。
図14は、変形例2に係る自在継手の製造装置500Bの要部構成を示す説明図である。図14では、十字軸130以外の部材を断面図で図示している。これは図15、図16においても同様である。
以上、本発明に係る自在継手の製造方法及び自在継手の製造装置について、上記実施の形態に基づいて説明したが、本発明は、上記の実施の形態に限定されるものではない。
Claims (9)
- 十字軸の軸部を回転自在に支持する軸受をヨークの貫通孔の第一位置まで圧入し、前記貫通孔及び前記軸部に対して前記軸受を仮組みする第一圧入工程と、
前記第一圧入工程後に、前記ヨークにおける前記貫通孔の周囲をかしめながら、当該かしめによって形成されたカシメ肉部で前記軸受を前記貫通孔内に押し込むことで、前記貫通孔の前記第一位置よりも奥側の第二位置まで前記軸受を圧入する第二圧入工程と、を含む
自在継手の製造方法。 - 前記第一位置と前記第二位置との間隔は、0.05mm以上である
請求項1に記載の自在継手の製造方法。 - 前記ヨークと前記軸受とは異なる金属により形成されている
請求項1又は2に記載の自在継手の製造方法。 - 十字軸の軸部を回転自在に支持する軸受をヨークの貫通孔の第一位置まで圧入し、前記貫通孔及び前記軸部に対して前記軸受を仮組みする第一軸体と、
前記ヨークにおける前記貫通孔の周囲をかしめながら、当該かしめによって形成されたカシメ肉部で、仮組み後の前記軸受を前記貫通孔内に押し込むことで、前記貫通孔の前記第一位置よりも奥側の第二位置まで前記軸受を圧入する第二軸体と、を備える
自在継手の製造装置。 - 前記第一軸体と前記第二軸体とは、一体化されている
請求項4に記載の自在継手の製造装置。 - 前記第一軸体は、前記第二軸体に対して進退自在に内蔵されている
請求項5に記載の自在継手の製造装置。 - 前記第一軸体が前記軸受を第一位置まで圧入する際には当該第一軸体と前記第二軸体とを連結させ、前記軸受を前記第二位置まで圧入する際には前記連結を解除する切替機構を備える
請求項6に記載の自在継手の製造装置。 - 前記第一位置と前記第二位置との間隔は、0.05mm以上である
請求項4〜7のいずれか一項に記載の自在継手の製造装置。 - 前記ヨークと前記軸受とは異なる金属により形成されている
請求項4〜8のいずれか一項に記載の自在継手の製造装置。
