Claims (4)
- ネック部と拡大部とを備えた圧着端子を挿入する挿入口と、導電性材料からなり前記挿入口から奥側方向に延在するベースと、前記挿入口から挿入された前記圧着端子を前記ベースとの間に押圧する押え部材と、前記圧着端子に前記押え部材をねじ締めするボルト、又は前記押え部材の前記圧着端子の押圧状態を制御するレバーとを備えた端子盤において、
前記挿入口に、当該端子盤で使用する圧着端子のネック部の最大幅のものよりも広く、かつ拡大部の最小幅のものよりも狭い離隔で対向する一対の突起を備えた係止部が、前記圧着端子の形状・寸法に応じて取り換え可能に設けられ、前記圧着端子が挿入された際に、前記突起に前記拡大部が係止され抜け止めされることを特徴とする端子盤。 - 前記圧着端子の拡大部が当接する前記突起の上部に張出部が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の端子盤。
- 前記圧着端子の押圧状態を制御するレバーの押え部材の先端部の幅方向両側端に、下方に突出する一対の爪が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の端子盤。
- ネック部と拡大部とを備えた圧着端子を挿入する挿入口と、導電性材料からなるベースと、前記ベースとの間に挿入される圧着端子を押圧する押え部材と、前記押え部材の前記圧着端子の押圧状態を制御するレバーとを備えた端子盤において、
前記押え部材の先端部の幅方向両側端に、下方に突出する超弾性合金の一対の爪が設けられていることを特徴とする端子盤。
