[実施例1]
天然クロロフィルaの抽出及び解析
<1-1>海洋クロレラからの天然クロロフィルaの抽出
天然クロロフィルaの抽出のために、海洋クロレラを遠心分離し、得られたものを淡水で洗浄してアルカリを除去し、クロレラ(1kg)に70%以上のアルコールを添加し、混合物を5時間を超える抽出に付した。
天然クロロフィルaの抽出のために、乾燥クロレラ(500g)を70%以上のアルコール中に添加し、混合物を5時間を超える抽出に付した。
クロロフィルa含量の解析のために使用された高圧液体クロマトグラフィー(HPLC)は、ACE社のカラム(製品番号ACE-121-2546)を備えたDongil-Shimadzu HPLCであった。インプット容量は10μlとし、流速は1mL/分に設定した。展開溶液としてメタノール(アッセイ99.9)を使用し、SIGMA-ALDRICHから購入したクロロフィルaを、参照材料として使用した(製品番号C5753MG;ホウレンソウから抽出されたクロロフィルa)。

- 安定性が改善されたクロロフィルaを貯蔵する方法であって、天然クロロフィルaを食物又はタンパク質中に定着させることを含む、方法。
- 天然クロロフィルaが、クロレラ又はスピルリナから抽出される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 天然クロロフィルaが、予洗を行わずに、70%以上のアルコールを用いて、クロレラ又はスピルリナからその他の栄養分とともに抽出される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 食物が、粉乳、料理油又は粉乳と黒豆粉の混合物から選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 料理油が、ダイズオイル、ナッツオイル、オリーブオイル、グレープシードオイル及びサンフラワーシードオイルからなる群から選択される、請求項4に記載の方法。
