- 空気流(F)の流れを可能にする第1の入口オリフィス(21)および第2の出口オリフィス(22)が配置され、内部にフィルタエレメント(3)が取り外し可能に装着された、ケーシング(2)を備えた真空ポンプ(1)であって、
前記第1の入口オリフィス(21)および前記第2の出口オリフィス(22)から選択される前記ケーシング(2)の少なくとも1個のオリフィスが、前記ケーシング(2)から同時に取り外し可能であるが前記フィルタエレメント(3)と一体になった排出蓋(4)の上に配置され、
前記ケーシング(2)と前記排出蓋(4)の接続が密でないことを特徴とする真空ポンプ(1)。 - 請求項1記載の真空ポンプ(1)において、
前記フィルタエレメント(3)が、中間フィルタ部(33)の両側に配置された入口ノズル(31)および閉鎖ノズル(32)を備え、
前記排出蓋(4)が、前記閉鎖ノズル(32)にコネクタ(5)によって固定されることを特徴とする真空ポンプ(1)。 - 請求項2記載の真空ポンプ(1)において、
バッフル(6)が、前記コネクタ(5)または前記排出蓋(4)に配置されることを特徴とする真空ポンプ(1)。 - 請求項3記載の真空ポンプ(1)において、
消音装置(7)が、前記閉鎖ノズル(32)と前記ケーシング(2)のオリフィスとの間に配置されることを特徴とする真空ポンプ(1)。 - 請求項3または4記載の真空ポンプ(1)において、

組み立てフィルタエレメント(3)−コネクタ(5)−排出蓋(4)が対称軸(A−A)を有するカートリッジ(30)を形成し、前記入口ノズル(31)が前記第1の入口オリフィス(21)に固定され、前記対称軸(A−A)が前記第1の入口オリフィス(21)の第1の中心(210)と前記第2の出口オリフィス(22)の第2の中心(220)を連結するセグメントと一致することを特徴とする真空ポンプ(1)。 - 請求項10記載の真空ポンプ(1)において、
前記対称軸(A−A)の方向のガイド面(50)が、前記カートリッジ(30)のフィルタエレメント(3)の幾何学的形態の延長部分に設けられることを特徴とする真空ポンプ(1)。 - 内側にフィルタエレメント(3)が請求項1〜11のいずれかに従って取り外し可能に装着され得るケーシング(2)を備えた真空ポンプ(1)用カートリッジ(30)であって、
