Claims (4)
- タンク内に設けられるリターンフィルタであって、
略円筒状の濾材を有するフィルタエレメントと、
前記フィルタエレメントが内部に設けられた有底略円筒形状のフィルタケースと、
油が流入する流入部であって、前記フィルタケースと前記フィルタエレメントとの間の空間と連通する流入部と、
前記フィルタエレメントの中空部と連通する略円筒形状の流出部であって、前記フィルタケースの底面から下方に突出して設けられた流出管を有する流出部と、
前記流出管の内部に設けられた螺旋形状の羽根部材を有する渦流形成部と、
を備え、
前記羽根部材は、平面視が略扇型であり、前記流出管の中空部を覆うように、かつ、高さ方向に並ばないように周方向に沿って複数設けられている
ことを特徴とするリターンフィルタ。 - 請求項1に記載のリターンフィルタであって、
前記渦流形成部は、前記羽根部材の軸に沿って形成された管状部であって、上端が覆われた略円筒形状の管状部が略中央に形成され、
前記羽根部材には、当該羽根部材を径方向に横断する通路が下側に形成され、
前記管状部及び前記流出部には、前記通路と連通する孔がそれぞれ形成されることを特徴とするリターンフィルタ。 - 請求項1又は2に記載のリターンフィルタであって、
前記流出管の下端は、中央に向って高くかつ狭くなる略円錐台形状の下端面により覆われ、
前記流出管の側面のうちの前記下端面の近傍に複数の孔が形成され、前記フィルタケース及び前記渦流形成部の近傍に孔が形成されていないことを特徴とするリターンフィルタ。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のリターンフィルタであって、
前記フィルタケースの上端を覆う蓋体と、
前記蓋体に設けられ、前記濾材の外側の圧力と前記濾材の内側の圧力差に応じて開閉するバルブと、
前記バルブを通過した油が通過するバイパスストレーナであって、内周面に前記バルブが嵌合する枠体を有するバイパスストレーナと、を備え、
前記フィルタエレメントは、前記濾材の上端を覆う上プレートを有し、
前記上プレートと前記枠体とが一体化されることを特徴とするリターンフィルタ。
