Claims (11)
- 燃料を濾過するためのフィルタカートリッジ(30)であって、
管形状を有するフィルタ壁(31)と、
前記フィルタ壁(31)の一端部に直接的に固定された第1の支持板(32)と、
前記フィルタ壁(31)の反対側の端部に直接的に固定された第2の支持板(33)と、
前記燃料の濾過中に前記燃料から分離する水を排出するための、前記第1の支持板(32)により実現される第1の排出導管(324,325)および、前記第2の支持板(33)により実現される第2の排出導管(335,336)と、
を備え、
前記第1の排出導管(324,325)は、その自由端に、流入口(327)および、流出口(326)を備えるとともに、
前記第2の排出導管(335,336)は、その自由端に、流入口(337)および、流出口(338)を備え、
前記第1の排出導管(324,325)を前記第2の排出導管(335,336)に接続するために、前記フィルタ壁(31)の外側に配置される接続カニューレ(50)をさらに備え、
該接続カニューレ(50)は、前記第2の排出導管(335,336)の前記流出口(338)に封止されて挿入される第1端(51)と、前記第1の排出導管(324,325)の前記流入口(327)に封止されて挿入される第2端(52)と、を備えることを特徴とする、フィルタカートリッジ(30)。 - 前記第1の排出導管(324,325)が、
前記フィルタ壁(31)の軸(A)に平行である略軸方向部(324)と、
前記フィルタ壁(31)に略直交する側部(325)と、を備え、
前記第2の排出導管(335,336)が、前記フィルタ壁(31)の軸(A)に平行である略軸方向部(335)と、前記フィルタ壁(31)の軸に略直交する側部(336)と、を備え、
前記接続カニューレ(50)が、前記第1の排出導管(324,325)の前記側部(325)と、前記第2の排出導管(335,336)の前記側部(336)とが連通するように設置する、請求項1に記載のフィルタカートリッジ(30)。 - 前記接続カニューレ(50)の長さの調整手段(53)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のフィルタカートリッジ(30)。
- 前記調整手段が、少なくとも前記接続カニューレ(50)の蛇腹ゾーン(53)を含む、請求項3に記載のフィルタカートリッジ(30)。
- 前記第1の支持板(32)が、前記第1の排出導管(324,325)の前記流入口(327)と前記流出口(326)との間に軸方向に介在するシール手段(322)を備え、
前記第2の支持板(33)が、前記第2の排出導管(335,336)の前記流入口(337)と前記流出口(338)との間に軸方向に介在するシール手段(333)を備える、請求項2に記載のフィルタカートリッジ(30)。 - 管形状を有し、前記フィルタ壁(31)の内側に同軸に配置される疎水性ネット(43)を少なくとも備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のフィルタカートリッジ(30)。
- 前記フィルタ壁(31)の内側に同軸に挿入され、燃料通路のための放射状開口部(41)を備える支持芯(40)を含み、前記支持芯(40)には少なくとも、前記支持芯の外部マントルから生じる螺旋展開を有するリブ(42)が設けられ、前記フィルタ壁(31)に内側で軽く接触することができることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のフィルタカートリッジ(30)。
- 前記支持芯(40)の前記放射状開口部(41)を通過する前記燃料を遮断するような方法で、前記疎水性ネット(43)が前記支持芯(40)に固定されている、請求項6または7に記載のフィルタカートリッジ(30)。
- 濾過される燃料用の入口(23)と、前記濾過された燃料用の出口(24)と、筐体の底で回収される水の出口導管(25)とが設けられる外部筐体(20)と、
前記筐体(20)の内部容積を、前記入口(23)と連通する第1の環境(B)と前記出口(24)と連通する第2の環境(C)に分割する請求項1乃至請求項8のいずれかに記載のフィルタカートリッジ(30)とを備え、
前記フィルタカートリッジ(30)の前記第1の導管(324,325)が前記出口導管(25)と接続されている、フィルタ群(10)。 - 前記筐体(20)が、実質的にビーカ形状で蓋(22)によって上方が閉じられている本体(21)と、前記入口(23)と、前記出口(24)と、前記蓋(22)で実現されている前記出口導管(25)とを含む、請求項9に記載のフィルタ群(10)。
- 前記フィルタカートリッジ(30)の前記シール手段(322,333)が前記筐体(20)と連携して、前記濾過された流体の前記第2のチャンバから、前記濾過される流体の前記第1のチャンバを分離する、請求項9に記載のフィルタ群(10)。
