Description
<第1の実施の形態>
図1は、本発明の一実施形態であるサクションストレーナ1が内部に設けられた作動油タンク100の概略を示す図である。図1では、作動油タンク100の要部を透視して図示している。
本発明の第1の実施の形態では、孔18bにフロート19を取り付けて孔18bを開閉したが、孔18bを開閉する形態はこれに限られない。
本発明の第1、2の実施の形態では、プレート17に形成された外周部17aを用いて外筒13の外周面を覆ったが、本発明の第3の実施の形態は、第1の濾過部14の外周面を覆う形態である。以下、第3の実施の形態にかかるサクションストレーナ3について説明する。なお、第1の実施の形態と同一の部分については、同一の符号を付し、説明を省略する。
プレート16Aは、第2の濾過部15の下端面と、第1の濾過部14の下端面を覆うプレート16Bとを覆う。プレート16Aには、プレート16Bが一体化されている。また、プレート16Aには、流出口101dに外嵌される円筒状の嵌合部16aが形成される。
本発明の第4の実施の形態は、第2の実施の形態と同様、ボール型のフロートを用いて孔18bを開閉する形態である。以下、第4の実施の形態にかかるサクションストレーナ4について説明する。なお、第1〜3の実施の形態と同一の部分については、同一の符号を付し、説明を省略する。

Claims (5)
- 油が貯留されるタンク内に設けられるサクションストレーナであって、
薄板をプリーツ状に折り曲げて形成された略筒状の第1の濾過部と、
前記第1の濾過部の外側に設けられており、前記第1の濾過部との間に設けられた中筒より厚い略筒状の第2の濾過部であって、金属を微細かつ長い繊維状に加工した線材を束ねて略円筒形状に形成した第2の濾過部と、
を備え、
前記第1の濾過部と前記第2の濾過部との間に略筒状の空間が形成されている
ことを特徴とするサクションストレーナ。 - 請求項1に記載のサクションストレーナであって、
前記第1の濾過部及び前記第2の濾過部の上端全面を覆う第1のプレートと、
前記第1のプレートに設けられたフロートと、
を備え、
前記フロートは、前記第1のプレートに形成された第1の孔を塞ぐ位置と、前記第1の孔を開口させる位置との間で移動可能に設けられることを特徴とするサクションストレーナ。 - 請求項1又は2に記載のサクションストレーナであって、
前記第2の濾過部の外周面を覆う外筒を備え、
前記外筒の上端近傍の第1の領域には孔が形成されず、前記外筒の前記第1の領域以外の第2の領域には全面に孔が形成されることを特徴とするサクションストレーナ。 - 請求項2に記載のサクションストレーナであって、
前記第1のプレートには、前記第1の濾過部の外周面の上端近傍を覆う略筒形状の筒状部が形成されることを特徴とするサクションストレーナ。 - 請求項2又は4に記載のサクションストレーナであって、
前記第1のプレートには、前記第1の濾過部と当接する第1の部分と、前記第2の濾過部と当接する第2の部分との間に、前記第1の濾過部に形成される孔より大きい第2の孔が形成されることを特徴とするサクションストレーナ。
