Abstract
Description
図1を参照して、本実施形態に係る重荷重用タイヤ100の構成について説明する。本実施形態に係る重荷重用タイヤ100は、建設車両などの重荷重車両に適用される。
発明者は、本実施形態に係る重荷重用タイヤ100の一例としての実施例タイヤ(以下、実施例という)と、切欠き19、傾斜部20、及び溝18を有しない従来例タイヤ(以下、比較例という)とを用いて性能評価のための実験を行った。実験結果を図5に示す。図5に示すように、重荷重用タイヤ100の各位置において、実施例のベルト温度は比較例のベルト温度より低下していることがわかる。なお、図5の横軸において、CLはタイヤ赤道線を示す。1/8は、トレッド幅をWとした場合、タイヤ赤道線CLからタイヤ幅方向外側に向かって0.125Wだけ進んだ位置を示す。1/4は、タイヤ赤道線CLからタイヤ幅方向外側に向かって0.25Wだけ進んだ位置を示す。3/8は、タイヤ赤道線CLからタイヤ幅方向外側に向かって0.375Wだけ進んだ位置を示す。Shoは、トレッド踏面端Teを示す。
以上説明したように、本実施形態に係る重荷重用タイヤ100によれば、以下の作用効果が得られる。

Claims (4)
- タイヤ周方向に沿って延びる複数の周方向溝と、
タイヤ幅方向に沿って延び、前記周方向溝と交差する方向に形成される複数の横溝と、
前記周方向溝と前記横溝とによって区画される複数のブロックとを備える重荷重用タイヤであって、
前記複数のブロックのうち、センター領域に形成されるセンターブロックの前記タイヤ周方向における一方の端部全面には、前記端部に向かうに連れてタイヤ径方向内側に傾斜する傾斜部が形成される
ことを特徴とする重荷重用タイヤ。 - トレッド踏面の前記タイヤ幅方向における最も外側の位置に開口し、タイヤ幅方向に沿って延びるショルダー溝をさらに備え、
複数の周方向溝は、タイヤ赤道線において前記タイヤ周方向に沿って延びる第1周方向溝と、前記第1周方向溝に隣接する2本の第2周方向溝と、前記第2周方向溝のタイヤ幅方向外側に形成される2本の第3周方向溝を含み、
前記複数の横溝は、前記第2周方向溝と前記第3周方向溝に連通し、かつ前記ショルダー溝に連通する第1横溝と、前記第2周方向溝と前記第3周方向溝に連通し、かつ前記ショルダー溝に連通しない第2横溝とを含み、
前記複数のブロックは、前記第2周方向溝、前記第3周方向溝、前記第1横溝、及び前記第2横溝によって区画される中間ブロックを含み、
前記中間ブロックの踏み込み端の壁面において、前記タイヤ径方向に向かってタイヤ幅方向内側に溝が形成される
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の重荷重用タイヤ。 - 前記中間ブロックのタイヤ幅方向に沿った長さをW3とし、前記中間ブロックのタイヤ幅方向内側の側壁から前記溝のタイヤ幅方向外側の側壁までの長さをW4とした場合、W4/W3は、10%〜40%の範囲内にある
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の重荷重用タイヤ。 - 前記複数の横溝は、前記第1周方向溝と前記第2周方向溝に連通する第3横溝を含み、
前記第3横溝と前記第2横溝は、連通しない
ことを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の重荷重用タイヤ。
