Claims (8)
- インナ軸部材とアウタ筒部材が本体ゴム弾性体によって弾性連結されていると共に、該本体ゴム弾性体を軸方向に貫通するすぐり孔が形成されている筒形防振装置において、
前記本体ゴム弾性体とは別体のストッパゴムに設けられた挿入部が前記すぐり孔に差し入れられていると共に、該挿入部の軸方向中間部分に隙間が設けられており、該挿入部が該隙間を隔てて軸方向で対向する軸方向対向面を有していることを特徴とする筒形防振装置。 - 前記ストッパゴムが前記すぐり孔に軸方向一方の開口から差し入れられる第一のストッパ体と該すぐり孔に軸方向他方の開口から差し入れられる第二のストッパ体とを含んで構成されており、それら第一のストッパ体と第二のストッパ体に設けられて前記挿入部を構成する分割挿入部の軸方向間に前記隙間が設けられている請求項1に記載の筒形防振装置。
- 前記ストッパゴムの前記挿入部の軸方向中間部分に形成された部分分割部によって前記隙間が設けられている請求項1又は2に記載の筒形防振装置。
- 前記ストッパゴムが前記インナ軸部材の軸方向端部に取り付けられる取付部を備えている請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の筒形防振装置。
- 前記ストッパゴムが前記挿入部から軸方向に延び出す接続部を備えており、該挿入部と前記取付部が該接続部によって連結されていると共に、該接続部が該挿入部よりも薄肉とされている請求項4に記載の筒形防振装置。
- 前記ストッパゴムの前記挿入部が前記すぐり孔における前記インナ軸部材側の内周面に重ね合わされている請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の筒形防振装置。
- 前記ストッパゴムのゴム硬度が前記本体ゴム弾性体のゴム硬度よりも小さくされている請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載の筒形防振装置。
- 前記ストッパゴムの前記挿入部が前記インナ軸部材と前記アウタ筒部材の何れよりも軸方向で短くされている請求項1〜7の何れか一項に記載の筒形防振装置。
