Abstract
Description
前記タイヤトレッド用ゴム組成物において、前記原料ゴムは、第1スチレンブタジエンゴム、第2スチレンブタジエンゴム及びブタジエンゴム(BR)を含むことができる。
前記タイヤトレッド用ゴム組成物において、補強性充填剤として、カーボンブラック又はシリカが含まれてもよく、単独又は混合物で含まれてもよい。前記補強性充填剤は、前記原料ゴム100重量部に対して、80〜180重量部で含まれてもよい。具体的には、前記補強性充填剤は、前記原料ゴム100重量部に対して、カーボンブラック10〜40重量部又はシリカ40〜170重量部が含まれてもよい。
具体的には、前記カーボンブラックは、補強性の改善効果に加え、加工性及び空気透過度の改善効果を考慮する際、窒素吸着比表面積(nitrogen surface area per gram、N2SA)が30〜40m2/gであり、DBP(n−dibutyl phthalate)吸油量が85〜95cc/100gであるGPF(General Purpose Furnace)グレードのカーボンブラックが好ましいと言える。
具体的には、前記シリカは、沈降シリカであってもよく、CTAB(cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide)吸着比表面積が150〜180cm2/gであってもよく、窒素吸着比表面積が160〜190m2/gであってもよい。
前記タイヤトレッド用ゴム組成物において、前記天然オイルは、大豆油(Soybean Oil)、改質大豆油(Modified Soybean Oil)、ひまわり油(Sunflower Oil)、改質ひまわり油(Modified Sunflower Oil)、キャノーラ油(Canola Oil)、改質キャノーラ油(Modified Canola Oil)、菜種油(Rapeseed Oil)、改質菜種油(Modified Rapeseed Oil)、及びこれらのオイルの混合物からなる群から選択されるいずれか一つであってもよい。
前記タイヤトレッド用ゴム組成物において、前記炭化水素樹脂は、クマロンインデン樹脂、テルペン樹脂、テルペンフェノール樹脂、芳香族変性テルペン樹脂、フェノールホルムアルデヒド樹脂、C5−C9の脂肪族炭化水素樹脂、C7−C9の芳香族炭化水素樹脂、共重合樹脂、及びこれらの混合物からなる群から選択されるいずれか一つであってもよい。
前記タイヤトレッド用ゴム組成物において、選択的に追加的な加硫剤、加硫促進剤、加硫促進助剤、老化防止剤、活性化剤、軟化剤などの各種添加剤をさらに含むことができる。前記各種添加剤は、本発明の属する分野で通常用いられるものであれば、いかなるものでも用いることができ、これらの含量は通常のタイヤトレッド用ゴム組成物において用いられる配合比に従うが、特に限定されるものではない。
Claims (8)
- 第1スチレンブタジエンゴム20〜50重量部、第2スチレンブタジエンゴム20〜50重量部及びブタジエンゴム(BR)10〜40重量部を含む原料ゴムと、
そして、
前記原料ゴム100重量部に対して、
補強性充填剤80〜180重量部と、
天然オイル2〜50重量部と、
炭化水素樹脂2〜30重量部とを含む、タイヤトレッド用ゴム組成物。 - 前記第1スチレンブタジエンゴムは、ガラス転移温度(Tg)が−40℃以上であり、スチレン30〜50重量%及びビニル10〜30重量%を含む、請求項1に記載のタイヤトレッド用ゴム組成物。
- 前記第2スチレンブタジエンゴムは、ガラス転移温度(Tg)が−60℃以下であり、スチレン5〜20重量%及びビニル20〜40重量%を含む、請求項1に記載のタイヤトレッド用ゴム組成物。
- 前記補強性充填剤は、原料ゴム100重量部に対して、カーボンブラック10〜40重量部又はシリカ40〜170重量部を含む、請求項1に記載のタイヤトレッド用ゴム組成物。
- 前記シリカは、CTAB吸着比表面積が150〜180m2/gであり、窒素吸着比表面積が160〜190m2/gである沈降性シリカである、請求項4に記載のタイヤトレッド用ゴム組成物。
- 前記天然オイルは、大豆油(Soybean Oil)、改質大豆油(Modified Soybean Oil)、ひまわり油(Sunflower Oil)、改質ひまわり油(Modified Sunflower Oil)、キャノーラ油(Canola Oil)、改質キャノーラ油(Modified Canola Oil)、菜種油(Rapeseed Oil)、改質菜種油(Modified Rapeseed Oil)、及びこれらのオイルの混合物からなる群から選択されるいずれか一つである、請求項1に記載のタイヤトレッド用ゴム組成物。
- 前記炭化水素樹脂は、クマロンインデン樹脂、テルペン樹脂、テルペンフェノール樹脂、芳香族変性テルペン樹脂、フェノールホルムアルデヒド樹脂、C5−C9の脂肪族炭化水素樹脂、C7−C9の芳香族炭化水素樹脂、共重合樹脂、及びこれらの混合物からなる群から選択されるいずれか一つである、請求項1に記載のタイヤトレッド用ゴム組成物。
- 請求項1〜請求項7のいずれか1項に記載のタイヤトレッド用ゴム組成物を含むタイヤ。
