4)シリカバー:表1の実施例及び比較例で製造したシリカバーを適用した。前記シリカバーの含量は、シリカバーの個数を通じて調節した。
*混/配合性能の点数表:1(非常に悪い)〜10(非常に良い)
2)吸水/排出性能は、配合後、ニーダーでの吸水/排出時間及び作業性を評価した。
*吸水/排出性能の点数表:1(非常に悪い)〜10(非常に良い)
3)グリップ性能は、前記ゴム組成物を使用してトレッド部を構成したサイズ280/640R18 Z207のタイヤを使用して、空気圧200kPaにし、テストドライバーがウェット路面の条件でサーキットコース(2km)を10回連続走行した後、走行毎のラップタイムを測定して、初期グリップ性能及びグリップ性能の持続性を評価した。
*グリップ性能の点数表:1(非常に悪い)〜10(非常に良い)
4)300%モジュラス、伸び率は、ISO 37の規格によって測定した。
5)摩耗度は、JIS K6264によって測定した。

Claims (12)
- タイヤ周方向に延びるシリカバーを含み、前記シリカバーの上部は路面に接地されるようにトレッドに露出され、
前記シリカバーは、トレッドの厚さ方向に上部と下部に互いに異なる粒子サイズのシリカが配列され、
前記シリカバーの上部には、粒径が1.5〜3.0μmであるシリカを含み、
前記シリカバーの下部には、粒径が3.5〜5.0μmであるシリカを含む、
タイヤトレッド。 - 前記シリカバーは、幅0.2〜30mm、高さ0.2〜30mmである、請求項1に記載のタイヤトレッド。
- 前記シリカバーとアンダートレッド部の間の角度が5〜90°である、請求項1に記載のタイヤトレッド。
- 前記シリカバーの上部はキャップトレッド部に位置し、
前記シリカバーの下部はアンダートレッド部に位置する、請求項1に記載のタイヤトレッド。 - 前記シリカバーの上部及び下部はキャップトレッド部に位置する、請求項1に記載のタイヤトレッド。
- 前記シリカバーは、原料ゴム100重量部、シリカ30〜180重量部、及び超微粒子カーボンブラック5〜50重量部からなるマスターバッチを用いて製造され、
前記超微粒子カーボンブラックは、ヨウ素吸着値が200〜1000mg/gであり、DBP吸油量が150〜800ml/100gである、請求項1に記載のタイヤトレッド。 - 前記シリカバーを含むトレッドは、キャップトレッド部とアンダートレッド部からなっており、
前記シリカバーを除いたキャップトレッド部は、
原料ゴム100重量部及びシリカ50〜80重量部を含む、請求項1に記載のタイヤトレッド。 - 前記シリカバーを含むトレッドは、キャップトレッド部とアンダートレッド部からなっており、
前記シリカバーを除いたアンダートレッド部は、
原料ゴム100重量部及びシリカ10〜20重量部を含む、請求項1に記載のタイヤトレッド。 - 前記原料ゴムは、ポリイソプレンゴム、ポリブタジエンゴム、共役ジエン芳香族ビニル共重合体、ニトリル共役ジエン共重合体、水素化ニトリルブタジエンゴム、オレフィンゴム、マレイン酸で変形されたエチレン−プロピレンゴム、ブチルゴム、イソブチレンと芳香族ビニルの共重合体、イソブチレンとジエンモノマーの共重合体、アクリルゴム、ハロゲン化ゴム、クロロプレンゴム及びこれらの混合物からなる群から選択されるいずれか1つである、請求項6乃至8のいずれかに記載のタイヤトレッド。
- 前記タイヤトレッドは、原料ゴム100重量部に対して、加硫剤0.5〜4.0重量部、加硫促進剤0.5〜2.0重量部、及び老化防止剤0.5〜2.0重量部をさらに含む、請求項6乃至8のいずれかに記載のタイヤトレッド。
- 請求項1に記載のタイヤトレッドはスリックタイヤのトレッドである、タイヤトレッド。
- シリカバーを製造するステップと、
タイヤトレッド組成物をバー状に精錬するステップと、
成形フレームにバー状に精錬されたタイヤトレッド組成物と、シリカバーとを交互に位置させるステップと、
押出工程を通じてトレッドを製造するステップとを含む、タイヤトレッドの製造方法であって、
前記シリカバーは、トレッドの厚さ方向に上部と下部に互いに異なる粒子サイズのシリカが配列され、
前記シリカバーの上部には、粒径が1.5〜3.0μmであるシリカを含み、
前記シリカバーの下部には、粒径が3.5〜5.0μmであるシリカを含む、
