Abstract
Description
Claims (2)
- 複数の送り軸を駆動して、制御対象物の位置を制御する位置制御システムであって、
前記複数の送り軸それぞれに対応して設けられ、前記制御対象物の、対応する送り軸の移動方向の位置を対象物検出位置として検出する対象物位置検出器と、
前記複数の送り軸それぞれに対応して設けられ、対応する送り軸を駆動するモータの位置をモータ検出位置として検出するモータ位置検出器と、
前記複数の送り軸それぞれに対応して設けられ、位置フィードバック値と指令位置との差分が無くなるように、前記対応する送り軸を駆動するモータの駆動を制御する位置制御装置と、
複数の前記位置制御装置それぞれに対して、前記指令位置を出力する数値制御装置と、
を備え、
前記送り軸の移動量を、前記複数の送り軸の移動量のうち最大の移動量で割った値が、規定の基準範囲内に収まる送り軸に対応する前記位置制御装置は、前記モータ検出位置を基準とする値を前記位置フィードバック値として選択し、その余の送り軸に対応する位置制御装置は、前記対象物検出位置を基準とする値を前記位置フィードバック値として選択する、
ことを特徴とする位置制御システム。 - 請求項1に記載の位置制御システムであって、
前記位置制御装置は、前記位置フィードバック値が、前記対象物検出位置に基づく値から、前記モータ検出位置に基づく値に切り替わったタイミングにおける前記対象物検出位置と前記モータ検出位置との差分を初期差分として記憶するとともに、前記モータ検出位置に基づく値が選択されている期間中、前記モータ検出位置と前記初期差分との加算値を、前記位置フィードバック値とする、ことを特徴とする位置制御システム。
