Abstract
Description
図1は、実施の形態1に従った車載用バッテリ装置の側面図である。図2は、図1中の矢印IIで示す方向から見た車載用バッテリ装置の平面図である。図1および図2で示すように実施の形態に従った車載用バッテリ装置100は車両40に搭載されている。
図8は、実施の形態2に従った車載用バッテリ装置の排煙ダクトの分解斜視図である。図9は、図8中のIX−IX線に沿った断面図である。図8および図9で示すように、実施の形態2に従った車載用バッテリ装置の排煙ダクトでは、孔33内にリブ31aが設けられている。この例では孔33内に十字形状のリブ31aが設けられているが、X形状のリブ31aが設けられていてもよい。この例では2本のリブ31aが交差する形状であるが、複数のリブ31aが交差しない形状であってもよい。単数のリブ31aが設けられていてもよい。
図10は、実施の形態3に従った車載用バッテリ装置で用いられる弁体の平面図である。図10は、弁体32において弁座31と対向する面を示している。図10で示すように、実施の形態3に従った弁体32においては、外周部に緩衝部材39が設けられている。緩衝部材39を外周部にのみ設けることで、緩衝部材39の使用量を少なくすることができる。さらに、緩衝部材39と弁体32との合計の質量を実施の形態1および2と比べて少なくすることができる。
図11は、実施の形態4に従った車載用バッテリ装置で用いられる弁体の平面図である。図11は、弁体32において弁座31と対向する面を示している。図11で示すように、実施の形態4に従った弁体32においては、回動軸32aから遠い部分にのみ緩衝部材39が設けられている。弁体32の約半分の面積が緩衝部材39で覆われている。
図12は、実施の形態5に従った車載用バッテリ装置で用いられる弁体の平面図である。図12は、弁体32において弁座31と対向する面を示している。図12で示すように、実施の形態5に従った弁体32においては、環状に緩衝部材39が設けられている。緩衝部材は四角形状に配置されている。
Claims (6)
- 内部のガスを排出する排ガス部を有する電池セルを有し、車両に搭載されて前記車両の駆動用電動機に電力を供給する電池パックと、
前記電池パックに接続されてガスを前記車両外に排出する排煙ダクトと、
前記排煙ダクトに設けられて前記車両外から前記電池パックへ向かうガスの流れを抑制する逆止弁とを備え、
前記逆止弁は、前記排煙ダクト内に位置して孔が設けられた弁座と、
前記弁座に着座して前記孔を覆うことが可能な弁体と、
前記弁体と前記弁座との間に設けられて前記弁体の前記弁座への衝突を緩和する緩衝部材とを有する、車載用バッテリ装置。 - 前記弁体に前記緩衝部材が固定されている、請求項1に記載の車載用バッテリ装置。
- 前記弁体と前記弁座とが対向する面に前記緩衝部材が設けられている、請求項1または2に記載の車載用バッテリ装置。
- 前記排煙ダクトは、前記孔が設けられた第一部材と、前記第一部材に接触してガスが流れる排煙空間を形成する第二部材とを有し、前記第一部材は上方向に開口した軸受を有し、前記弁体は回動軸を有し、前記回動軸は前記軸受に回動可能に支持されており、前記第二部材を前記第一部材に接触させてガスが流れる前記排煙空間を形成することで前記第二部材は前記軸受の前記開口を覆い前記弁体の前記回動軸が前記軸受から外れることを防止する、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の車載用バッテリ装置。
- 前記第一部材は前記電池パックから排出されるガスを前記車両外に放出する排気口を有し、前記排気口と前記孔との間の前記第一部材に設けられた条部をさらに備えた、請求項4に記載の車載用バッテリ装置。
- 前記緩衝部材は多孔体である、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の車載用バッテリ装置。
