Description
Claims (1)
- 車載用バッテリ装置であって、
内部で発生したガスを外部に排出する排ガス部をそれぞれ有する複数の二次電池と、前記各排ガス部から排出された前記ガスを収集する排煙流路と、前記各二次電池と前記排煙流路とを収容するケーシングと、を含み、車室内に搭載される電池パックと、
前記排煙流路に接続され、前記ガスを排気口から車室外に排出する排煙ダクトと、
前記排煙ダクトに設けられ、前記車室外から前記電池パックに向かう空気の流れを抑制する逆止弁と、を備え、
前記逆止弁は、
表面が水平方向から傾斜して設けられ、中央に前記ガスが通る開口が設けられた弁座と、
前記弁座の前記表面において前記開口の周縁に、前記表面から前記排気口側に僅かに突出するように形成されたシール部と、
前記弁座の前記シール部の上端より上部に位置する軸を中心に回転自在に保持され、回転することにより前記シール部に対して接離方向に移動可能であり、前記シール部の表面に当接した場合には前記開口を塞ぐ状態となる弁体と、を備え、
前記弁体の前記電池パックの側と前記排気口の側との間に差圧が発生していない場合には、前記弁体の自重により前記弁体が前記シール部の表面に当接した状態となること、
を特徴とする車載用バッテリ装置。
